I have arthritis in my ankles and they are swollen. I wanted a product to use that was natural instead of taking prescription drugs or over the counter pills. These patches have helped me to walk without pain/soreness in my ankles. I would recommend anyone to try the product. it doesnt matter what part of the body you strap this little tea bag to....the ingredients inside will have the same results....after it mixes with your perspiration...it will become slimy and make it look like all that came out of your body....NOT.....the heat from your body reacts with whatever they have in the tea bag...and the ingredients brings on the appearance of slimy toxins that you are thinking came from your body.......when in fact....its just the ingredients oooozing out of the tea bag...... SAVE YOUR MONEY.....its the biggest hoax looking for some poor sucker to spend money on.... My hands and feet did not seem to experience any swelling, but I cannot honestly say that it was due to the pads. I plan to try them again since I have over $50 invested, but looking back, I think there are other things less expensive that would not cause me to feel like s%( in the process. Love the product.
