Whiteheads

To the user who said they couldn't extract their whiteheads...it's not the tool that doesn't work. Whiteheads are closed clogged pores that need to be removed by a dermatologist or an esthetician (depending on what state you live in as the tool needed is not permitted in all states) A lancet must be used to first pop the top off the whitehead and then it can be squeezed out.
To those of you who say it doesn't remove anything...make sure you are steaming your skin thoroughly first! Either 10 minutes under a steamer or use a steamed wet towel and work a section at a time...I LOVE this tool. Think it works great when used properly!
