The angled end of this extration tool makes it the best I have used on clients. I am a professional esthetician and I find this tool very effective.
You have to know how to use this kind of tool correctly. You shouldn't press so hard that you leave bruises on your face.
not for sensitive skin

1- not for sensitive skin, it leaves marks, and takes skin forever to heal.
2- it will get stuff out (good), but (maybe I haven't gotten it down right, i don't know) you have to do it just right, i put it beside the blackhead i want to remove and kind of roll the tool around, then the blackhead will come out.
3- it can become an obsession. it is true, even though my skin is sensitive, i can get stuff out, but once i start i won't stop. i never woke up with the clearest skin i have ever had, i wish it would have been that good. but i guess it varies per person.
i hope this helps, and don't do it unless you have steamed your face because it doesn't work as good.
This is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!

I've never used this product before up until today.
I had tried everything (or so I thought) to remove blackheads on my nose. I tried the strips, steaming, exfoliant scrubs. I was actually perusing the web when I found out about this tool. I went to the pharmacy, picked up this tool& some after care astringent by Burts Bees to roll on.
This tool took away ALL my blackheads! I just followed the instructions.
This tool is worth it's weight in GOLD!!

This tool is my best friend when it comes to blackheads! I've never found anything that completely cleans out your blackheads like this does...granted, it hurts a bit & leaves your face quite red for a few hours afterwards. Just make sure to steam your face really good to open up those poors, and if you use it before bedtime, you'll wake up with the most clean smooth skin you've ever felt!
Doesn't REALLY work

This product might work on occasion, but it really doesn't pull out blackheads, not to mention that as hard as one needs to push to extract the blackheads, leaves as bad of marks as does your fingernails. Although it is probably more sanitary than your fingernails. It might prove a useful tool here and there, it's maybe worth buying one to have around, but don't expect miracles or you'll be disappointed.
