this is the first professional dryer i've ever tried. i never really understood why someone would pay more for a professional hair dryer, but i gave it a shot to see what all the fuss is about. the first thing i noticed is that this dryer is much heavier than my drug store brand. i started to dry my hair and things were going along fine. all seemed normal until all of the sudden my hair was dry. i'm not sure what happened, but this dryer knocked a good 10 minutes off my drying time. worth it! My only criticism is that the dryer is rather heavy. now i'm curious what the $120 dryers can do...

Ive had this hair dryer for almost 3 yrs now and still works great!! Ive never had an issue with it. Makes my long hair silky, shiny and gives it lots of volume. I love it!!! I just wish it came with a diffuser :( but overall its an awesome dryer :)
