Depends on the website you bought it from and if it advertised one. Call the company and ask, they usually have 30 days money back guarantee.

No, your hair must be dry first in order to straighten your hair no matter what straightening iron you use. |
Damage control
My old flat iron caused all of my split ends. Will the True ceramic pro cause split ends as well?

all flat irons (and every styling tool that uses heat) will give you split ends.....it doesn't matter what they say, what it's made of, they will all damage your hair eventually, so go easy on the heat and try not to use it everyday...... |
