Directions:

Spray as a fine mist into you scalp.

For shampoo plus conditioner:

• Wet hair thoroughly.
• Apply a small, quarter-sized dab of shampoo to hair.
• Massage into scalp and leave on hair for approximately one minute to improve effectiveness.
• Rinse out thoroughly.
• Unless your hair is really dirty, you don't need to repeat this process.

I only tried rogaine before i tried this one, and the hair gre back INSTANTLY!!!!! I used to bleach my hair constantly and my diet was off and my doctor said there was no use, and then I tried this and wallah. My hair started growing like a weed. It was pretty amazing.

i have fine baby hair and guess what i found a remedy! i use the shampoo and the spray after and even just after the first use i see results. my hair is shinier and has more body. the spray has a really nice cooling and calming effect on my scalp...i love this product and will now add this to my lifestyle!
