Directions:

Spray as a fine mist into you scalp.

For shampoo and conditioner:

• Wet hair thoroughly.
• Apply a small, quarter-sized dab of shampoo to hair.
• Massage into scalp and leave on hair for approximately one minute to improve effectiveness.
• Rinse out thoroughly.
• Unless your hair is really dirty, you don't need to repeat this process.

I have been using the shampoo, conditioner and spray now for over a month and I do see some new growth along my hair line. I can't tell on the rest of my scalp. I have long hair so can't really tell. I plan to ask my stylist when I next go in.

I am only using the Tricomin products shampoo, conditioner & spray with no other product. I am not losing as much hair, but, I haven't seen hair regrowth, maybe it's too early. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are small, like you would get in a hair saloon. My hair has been coarser and drier, but shinier.
