Directions:

Spray as a fine mist into you scalp.

For shampoo and conditioner:

• Wet hair thoroughly.
• Apply a small, quarter-sized dab of shampoo to hair.

• Rinse out thoroughly.
• Unless your hair is really dirty, you don't need to repeat this process.

i noticed no improvement i wonder why they stopped FDA testing?

I am only using the Tricomin products shampoo, conditioner & spray with no other product. I am not losing as much hair, but, I haven't seen hair regrowth, maybe it's too early. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are small, like you would get in a hair saloon. My hair has been coarser and drier, but shinier.
