Directions: 
- Preheat booties on high. Smooth moisturizing cream over feet, ankles and
toes.
- Insert feet into liners or cover with plastic wrap.
- Adjust heat to desired setting. Insert feet for 15 to 20 minute
treatments.
Warnings & Precautions: To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock and fire, this product must be
used in accordance with the instructions.
- Burns will result from improper use.
- Read all instructions before using.
- Never use pad without the removable liner.
- Temperature sufficiently high to cause burns regardless of control
setting.

a person with poor blood circulation.

The flat, seamed design of these booties makes them feel rather tight when worn, but I haven't found a similar product that performs any better. They definitely warm your feet. The strap would be a lot nicer if it were velcro rather than a tab/slot and the dial is kind of an outmoded and easily broken design.
