if youre changing from brown to blonde, its a permanent transition. you would have to bleach the hair, then dye it the shade of blonde you want.
If youre just using a blonde color depositing shampoo, it wont change the color at all. it would merely add a bit of simmer. you would remain a brunette.
Does color bleed onto clothes?
