Wet to dry straighteners work on dry hair of course!! But they also work on wet hair.. I wouldn't recommend actually trying to straighten your soaking wet hair though.. that would probably burn you really badly with steam (steam burns worse than fire) Blow dry your hair first to get the excess water off then when it's damp you can go ahead and proceed with the straightening.
