disappointed!

i purchased my flat iron at the hair show in new your on april 28th of this 2009. i bring it home and there's no attachment for me to be able to use my iron.... just brought it and can't use it... i'm missing the attachment... i want my money back, a new iron, or the attachment. very disappointed!!!

Better Than I Expected

I got my iron today and I am super excited. I have naturally curly hair so when my hair gets wet it frizzes. Today when I tried using the iron, my hair was completely curly and I was able to straighten my entire head in under twenty minutes. (I have curly frizzy medium length hair) I was very impressed by how fast it heated up and how straight my hair got. I also have very small fly-away hairs that this iron can grab much easier than the 1 inch iron. I'll use this iron for touch-ups throughout the day, and in combination with my regular straightener I love it. My only regret is shortly after I purchased this iron I found the Designer models that come in fun animal prints. As soon as I can I will upgrade to a more fun design.

this straightener works great for short hair styles but the outside gets WAY too hot. you HAVE to wear the heat mit while using this product unless you can take burns to your fingers. it's super small which has it's pros and cons. the actual plates don't seem to get hot enough but then again, it's perfect heat to straighten your hair.

So worth the money!

This flat iron is awesome! I could fit it in my purse if I needed to touch up my hair during the day. I also was amazed at how quickly it arrived at my home!
