I was really looking forward to getting this product after all my friends raved about how great it is.
I find it very disappointing, there is very poor design the panels are seated in such a way that they can painfully snag your hair.
For $200 it is no different than the $65 ceramic iron I already had.
I would not have purchased it, if I could have tried a demo first.
Great straightener

I went to a new stylist and she used the T3 on my hair and
I have never had such silky, straight hair with other irons. Your hair must be partially dry before using but it
still saves considerable time. I have below shoulder length
hair and it is frizzy, curly. I plan on buying one of my
own very soon. Love it!
Amazing:)

I first tried this flat iron in febuary on mi sweet 16. My friend lent it to me. I thought it was AMAZING. My hair was like silk! Plus the straightness stayed for 4 days! I decided to order it. When I first tried it I was dissapoined it took so long. But after i realised it was because I applied biosilk in my hair right b4 flat ironing! I love my t3 and I don't understand why it got such bad reviews. I guess people just dont know how to use it!
Can't wait to buy my own!!!!

I used my friend's T3 flat iron all summer...and it worked! My hair is wavy and usually gets very frizzy from the summer humidity, but not this year! I'm finally going to buy my own and I can't wait! It's truly the best flat iron I've ever used. My hair has more health and shine than when I get it straightened at the salon. Absolutely the best!!! You won't be disappointed. My friend has had it for just over a year and it's working like it's brand new.
people need to learn how to read!

I am stylist like many others that posted and frankly this is the most amazing iron I have ever used. Its not meant to dry soaking wet hair. It had to be dried some. But if people read directions and or get the proper instructions on how to use it, its unbelievable. If you have it extremely wet hair and take too big of sections your not gonna get what you paid for. Almost any iron will get hair caught in it with too big of sections. Learn how to do it properly and you will have fabulous results.
not worth the price

I had high hopes for this T3 product, but was greatly disappointed in the results. It took my baby-fine curly hair and turned it into a wide, wild mass of kinky straw-like hair. Even after my hair had completely dried, this flat iron still did not flatten it into straightness. I was left with a hairdo fit for a witch costume. Needless to say, I'm returning the product.
Hated It!

I thought this product would save me time since it claims to do both at one time. But I was extremely disappointed. It did not smooth, straighten or dry my hair . The T3 pulled on my hair and a lot of my hair came off my scalp. I definitely would not recommend this product.
DO NOT BUY

i purchased one hopeing for beautiful shiny hair. My hair is quite thick and below shoulder and when i use this it doesnt grip the hair very well and it makes my hair more shiny and dull then it already is. I HATE this product i recommend a CORIOLISS.
I love this product

I have very thick and course curly hair. Normally, it takes me over an hour to dry and straighten my hair. With this product I am done with both in a half hour. I would recommend this product to anyone with similar hair!
Love it!

I was unsure if I should spend that much $ on a flat iron. Wow!! I love it and it is worth every dime. I have thick, naturally curly hair that I have been blow drying straight for 20 years. This product makes my hair smooth, soft and silky and very healthy. My husband noticed a difference in my hair texture immediately. I can't imagine not having it now.

I have really, really curly hair and blow dryers don't even work on me really. I bought this straightener because it is so overwhelming to try and style my hair once it's dry, that I wanted to give it a try. I am obsessed with this straightener. You have to keep it at the highest setting and slowly go down your hair shaft. I go over it 2x. First, theres a lot of crackling as the water turns into steam and the second time, I am making everything perfect. At the end, I'll go over a chunk of hair here or there. It has no kinks at all. it is shiny and I get stopped by strangers telling me I have gorgeous hair. It takes a while, but hands down, the best straightener I have ever touched.

I agree with the other reviews.
I bought the wet n dry straightener after having my hair blow dry straightened in a salon. My hair is thick brown European and quite wavy/ unruly. Unfortunately after paying £94 for what was recommended as "the best " my hair is still wavy and I am disappointed - I thought my new straightener would get me Jennnifer Aniston hair even if at the expense of a few split ends.
This styler does NOT straighten hair that is wet or damp - it sends it immediately into dried up frizz. The experts recommend only straightening dry hair and they are right. The first and third times I tried I got frizzy bangs.
The second time was quite good but I think my hair was nearly dry and I didn’t use too much styling gel. It wasn’t straight straight but it ironed out most of the kinks.
Not that Straight

I have very wavy, frizzy hair so maybe I was looking for too much of a miractle but the iron make my hair wavy rather than straight. It dried it in one swipe but the result was not very nice looking. I tried it three times with three different temperature settings just to be sure, but decided to return the product. If your hair is already smoooth and somewhat straight this product may work great, but for already crazy hair you won't get anything worth noticing.
Total Waste!!

I could never find an iron that worked on my thick wavy hair, the only time it looked great was after visiting the salon, so I bought a CHI from my hairdresser and love it.
I kept noticing the T3 line at Sephora and since summer was here I thought it would be nice not to blow my hair out before straightening it so I bought the T3 Wet-to-Dry model...at a very hefty price. My CHI wasn't cheap either, and I would gladly pay double the price for the results I get from it, and figured I would feel the same about the T3...wet to straight = priceless!
The first time I used it I tried for 15 minutes, gave up, blew my hair out and plugged in my CHI. I've tried several times since then, on hair damp to completely dry, and have come to the conclusion that I wasted $200.00. My 14 year-old daughter was dying to give it a try, along with three of her friends and they all hated it also.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS FLAT IRON!!!

I owned a Hot Tools flat iron which worked fine, but I purchased this because I saw my hairdresser use it on a girl with very curly hair. It worked instantly. I like that I can use it when my hair is damp or the ends get wet under the shower cap. I have not used it when my hair is very wet.
Great results!

LOVE IT! I have very tight fine curly virgin hair. I decided to try the new 1" version of the T3 wet to dry. Amazing! It does work on WET and handles beautifully. I prefer to use it on damp hair, 370 setting and do several passes for best results. My hair, when straight, falls well below the shoulders so it takes time to do it right. I have no illusions that it will get the same look as those who have less curl. But when I want to straighten for the change to loose curls this iron works well and takes much less time than drying and pressing. The hair feels and looks silky. I also lose much less hair in the process. I now have 2 favorite irons...the Solia Flat 1 1/4 -simply fabulous & smooth, being the other.

OK, I am a major Sedu junkie, but my friend, who dances, swiped my Sedu. I decided to try out the T3 Wet or Dry in the 1 inch size figuring it would be nice to have one of each model, but different plate sizes, to afford more versatility. After reading the reviews I was a little worried, but let me tell you, this little wonder far exceeded my expectations. One slow, steady, swipe down my hair and my hair was dry, smooth, and shiny. I got most of my head in relatively quick time, I would say about comparable to my Sedu on a dry head of hair! Not as incredibly smooth of a pull as the Sedu, which virtually glides like silk thru my thick, coarse, unruly hair, but still the best of any other I have used. And, as minimal hair loss as my Sedu (which was one of my main reasons to love that wonder as well). I waited for the back of my hair to dry and used it on dry hair, with similarly amazing results. The bottom line: The Sedu is the most amazing hair iron ever made, but the T3 comes in a close second, and enables you to use it in WET hair as opposed to safely being able to use on damp. So close did this item come, that wouldn't even take away a quarter star if we were asked to rate in the decimal system.

This machine is unlike any other flat iron or other hair appliance. I am in awe with how this works. It leaves your hair pin straight. My sister and I have course curly hair and this has been a miracle. We spent from $80 to $100 on a trip to the salon to get our hair straight. The t3 was paid off with one visit to the salon. it is unbelievable the money we will be saving. My sister and I are enjoying pin straight hair more often. We are throwing hair straightening parties on the weekends for famiy and friends. I m sure they will be purchasing the T3 in the near future. Thank you Folica for an incredible machine.

I am a hair stylist. i loved this Iron at first. it straightedned most hair types and you could use it safely on damp hair- very impressive. Mine broke after six months. I purchased 2 others, newer models, both pulled my customers hair because of the new design. It's obvious a hair stylist had nothing to do with the making of the new unimproved model.
