I bought this hair dryer about 8 months ago the first on stopped working after 1 month. They sent me a new on I've had it approx. 6 months and the heat settings don't work properly.
I would not recommend this product to anyone also it is way way over priced.
Best Blow Dryer EVER!

This dryer is absolutely amazing! It used to take me forever to dry my thick, long, hair, NOT anymore! In minutes I'm done and my hair is smooth and silky!
When I want my hair straight, and I blow it out straight, it looks like I've used a flat iron to do it, and it only takes about 5-10 minutes to dry my hair, completely! Other dryers I've used in the past took almost an hour and would still leave my hair damp. I LOVE this dryer and will NEVER go back to any other dryer again! I purchased a second one a week later for my niece's birthday as she kept borrowing mine because she was LOVING what it was doing for her hair.
I can't say enough good things about this blow dryer. It is amazing! You can't go wrong with this dryer, it's also very light which means a lot me as I have a disablity and can't hold heavy objects, this dryer is great as it's light, and does the job in NO time!
Darn thing blew up in my hand

I bought the T3 one year ago and today while blow drying my hair the dry blew up. No Joke! Blue sparks, fire, sparks and a blue arc which gave me a jolt that I will never forget. Do not waste your money or endanger your life. I had a TIGI hair dryer that I think I will go back to, it lasted for almost 10 years.
Great, Great Dryer

I am a hairstylist and have used the T3 for 3 years. I originally started with the silver model which is a little older and more reliable than the newer white model. Some reviews say this dryer has less power than others. The reason the dryer seems less powerful is bc it dries with infrared heat powered by the tourmaline. This means less air and better heat produced to dry hair in a less damaging manner. The T3 is great and has a great warranty. Just register the dryer and keep the box to send it back should it need repair.

I have used the T3 hairdryer for over one year and am as thrilled with it now as I was when I first purchased it, after trying others with little success and numerous problems. My long, thick hair has never looked healthier or shinier, or felt in as good condition as it is now. I waited quite awhile before spending $200 on a hair dryer but it is definitely worth the price -- this is one of those situations where you get what you pay for. Not only is the dryer lightweight, which provides for incredible ease of use when styling, but its fine, hot, even and quiet heat output is deceivingly powerful. I love it! And I highly recommend it to friends and family. There's also the peace of mind in knowing that if something should go wrong mechanically with the dryer, it comes with a 4-year warranty. It is the absolute best dryer on the market!
SPARKS FLYING OUT

I've had this dryer for less than a year and this morning I noticed orange sparks flying out of the dryer as I was blow drying my hair! Luckily I caught this before my hair caught on fire! I expected it to last much longer for the high price. =/
Worked great for a while and then shot out sparks

When I first got this hairdryer, I loved it. It worked great and I used it about 2 times a week for the first year. Well after I had my son, I didn't bother with doing my hair since I was only going to be home. WHen I was going to return to work, I started using it everyday. After about 3 weeks one day it suddenly started shooting out sparks! When you turn it on now you can see that the coils are getting overheated and it can now only be used on the cool air setting if you don't want sparks shooting out. This hair dryer is too expensive to start doing this so soon. It wasn't even used that much the first year and should have worked properly a lot longer than it did. I will never buy another product from them again! If you are going to spend so much money on a hairdryer, then I would suggest looking at some others instead of this one. When I bought it the price was around $185.
Not worth it

After reading all the wonderful reviews, I had to try this dryer. I wound up returning it. It didn't cut down on my drying time at all---in fact, my drug store dryer dries quicker. My long, thick, wavy hair was also not noticeably straighter or less frizzy. I actually prefer my drug store dryer.
In its favor, I will say that it was lightweight and I think the quietest dryer I've ever used.
If you buy it, make sure to do so from an authorized dealer (see the T3 website for a list) in order to have the warranty be valid. The cost is higher, but it's worth it.
Disappointed

This dryer doesn't have much power compared to less expensive dryers I've owned. I prefer my old $30 Conair Ion dryer to this one. It dried my hair in half the time. It is way overpriced and takes me a lot longer to dry my hair. It also feels very chinsy and pooly constructed. I wondered why I didn't see it at major salons. Now I know why. Please, don't waste your money. I wish I had my time and money back.

hair dryer is fantastic. The company I bought it from was unbelievable, I got deliver the very next day.
I have curly wavey hair and I now can dry it with out the frizz. I used to spend so much on hair products.
Not enough power

This dryer is such a waste of money. Way overpriced. It does not have enough power to it. It takes forever for your hair to dry. I own the Babyliss Extreme that I paid $40.00 for which works much better. I don't know where they get off charging so much for this dryer. Price does not always mean it's better.

This is a great blow dryer! It is light weight, and quickly dries my hair. Best of all, It leaves my hair very silky. My hair is naturally wavy, so it never took too long to dry, but with the t3, the drying time is even shorter. The main reason I got the dryer was because all the reviewers said their hair felt softer and healthier after using the t3. I firmly agree with them, and I plan on taking good care of my t3. Yes, it is expensive, but I think it's worth it for anyone who blow dries there hair on a regular basis.

This blow dryer is the best i have ever used. I have thick curly hair which i relax and using this blow dryer left my hair shiny and very healthy looking. It is a bit pricy but so worth the money. I don't even have to use my CHI flat iron after i finish blow drying!! So in the end i don't spend so much time doing my hair.

Only one complaint
Reviewer:

My only complaint is that the blow power is pretty weak. I understand that a dryer shouldn't blow too hard however I have very fine hair and I did not notice the drying time being cut in half as some users have claimed. Since trying T3, I have returned it and am trying the X5. So far, I like the X5 better than the T3.
Worth the Money!!

this is the best blow dryer. It dries your hair quicker and leaves your hair shinier. I have curly hair and this is great when I want to blow dry it straight or diffuse it dry to leave it curly. Great purchse. My Mom used it once, fell in love with it and is now purchasing one. The other great thing is that this featherweight is so light that if u have long hair like me, you don't get tired.
Why didn't I spend $200 sooner?

I am finally able to get a salon blow dry at home! I have thick, coarse, wavy, and dry hair that I color and this dryer is unbelievably fast at drying, light, and super effective! The dryer itself is beautifully simple. I love the crystal details on the handle, too. I can't say enough awesome things about it. I had been on the fence about this blow dryer for a while and I finally splurged. I just wonder why I didn't invest in this dryer sooner!
Sparks came out.

I purchased this dryer a year ago. It works really well and dried my hair fast until yesterday. When I turned it on I saw sparks fly and now it blows cold air. It should have lastest longer than a year. Not good for a 200.00 investment.
Fan broke off

I bought this dryer and had it for 4 months. I liked it because it dried my hair really fast and it was lightweight. One day I turned it on and the dryer started making a funny noise. I noticed smoke rising from the dryer and it turned out the fan broke off inside! There is no way to open the dryer itself to fix it - the casing is too tight. After reading the reviews here this seems to be a common problem!

Let me begin by saying that my hair is thick and naturally wavey. This product dries in half the timeof a normal dryer. It also dries my hair smoothier. WOW spectacular! I love it.
