This dryer is the best!!!My friend is a stylist and she replaced her old one with this one..When I tried it I couldn't believe it.It dried my hair twice as fast and my hair has never looked so shiny.Its lightweight so its easy to use at home and for my friend at work who uses it several times a day..Thumbs up on this product! I also bought a T3 dryer that was broken within a year. I thought it worked just OK prior to that. I have very thick and course hair but really did not see much difference between that and my $30 dryer other than the heat settings. Then one day I was using it and something inside suddenly came off and cause a really loud noise. Wish I had read the reviews here before I invested in the product. I live in high - hot humidity weather (Houston) ... and I have thick, coarse, really fluffy in humidity hair. Oh and I have lots, lots of it... I had blow-dryers that last me 4-years but did not do what this dryer does. I've had it over 2 1/2 years... but it did stop working today. Yes, this upset me. I also did not blow dry my hair regularly -- but when I did -- even with this dryer, took me 45 min (I have a lot of hair -- and it's long). Needless to say, other dryers took far longer to dry my hair with, and did not look as sleek and shiny as it did with this one. I have to say I did love my dryer, just upset it stopped working. Now I am looking to buy a new one .. don't know what to buy next. I will read reviews.. and see what I get. I decided to write a review, simply because I wanted to say this blow-dryer does work -- really good.. it lived to it's expectation and more. But unfortunately, it's longevity .. it's not long. I have my T3 for well over a year. Love it. Trouble free and works great! So light and performs like the day I purchased it. thank you Folica I have had this dryer for 2 years. I have really like it, but it stopped working today. Keeps shorting out. Seeing the reviews...it looks like lots of people say the same thing! Works well for a year or 2 then it dies. Ridiculous to pay this much for a hair dryer for something that lasts 2 years. I had a vidal sassoon dryer I used hard for 10 years and then it broke after I dropped it really hard!
