Directions: Read instructions thoroughly before using. Place open jar on paper plate in the middle of microwave oven. Heat for 30 seconds on medium setting. Do not use on skin treated with Retin-A, Glycolic Acid or Alpha Hydroxy products. Do not use on sensitive, sunburned, irritated, peeling, cut or broken skin. Do not use over varicose veins, moles, warts, pimples or rashes. Do not use alcohol or astringents on skin immediately before or after waxing. Do not use on inside of nose or ears, on perianal area, genital areas, eyelashes or eyelids. Do not bathe in hot water directly before or after waxing (wait at least 2 hours). Do not expose waxed area to sun for 24 hours after waxing. Do not wax more than once every 10 days. Do not rub or scratch area after waxing since intense rubbing or scratching may irritate skin. For best results, always work one small area at a time. Hair should be 1/8" long before wax. Skin must be held taut while removing wax. For those who said it is messy you just need some practice. more than likely you over heated it. I (with the top off ) heated it up for 45 seconds then another 45 seconds stir it up then 20 seconds (remove when it get to 10 seconds). IMPORTANT FOR BIKINI AREA YOU MUST CUT HAIR LOW OR IT WILL REALLY REALLY REALLY HURT AND WHEN YOU APPLY OT LET IT HARDEN PULL FROM ANY DIRECTIONS IT ALL COMES OFF I have tried many waxes and surgi-wax is the one that sticks to hair only and rips it off with no muslin strips. Requires many heats but only one wax! So worth it. This wax is not good, its too soft...it doesn't hold on to the hairs. You pull the wax off and it just pulls the hairs but doesn't pull them off. You have to wax one area a number of times to get the job done. Its NOT worth it. It was very very messy when trying to remove. It made my skin for many days. Even the hair that regrew were sharp stubs and stubborn. Never had such a horrible experience before with any other method. I had to reheat several times. The process was messy and painful around the Bikini area. Hated it! Read all 70 customer reviews ...
