I cant stress how much i love this stuff. Theres no bad smell, when it does go away it isnt patchy. It doesnt smell bad. I am olive colored and i used the dark and it was wonderful. I got soooo many compliments on how great i look. I have the same color as one of my coworkers who tans in the booths every other day! I feel so much prettier, healthier and more toned. Also it covers up the veins in my thighs! I agree it is a bit scary when your hands turn dark and orange- but thats my fault i should of scrubbed harder or wore gloves

I use this with my fitness clients.
It gives that extra ingredient to always look healthy and toned and it saves them a time and money going to tanning beds. There is no bad order with SUN and if you apply it with a small amount lotion it spreads evenly.
I use it with a lot of my Fitness competitors too.
Absolutely awesome!

I've tried EVERYTHING, I have sensitive skin and always break out in hives or a rash of some sort from self tanners and not to mention the smell and orange color!!
Nothing even comes close to this!! I have the darkest of the 3 for reference. It blends right into the skin like a dream, even with my gloves on. Dries in maybe 3 minutes and hardly has a smell whatsoever! I wake in the morning with the most beautiful shade...an olive based deep tan , no orange, no yellow, just perfect! It fades evenly no blotches or patches. I am hooked for life!! BUY IT!!

I am 34, and have tanned all my life either at the salon or outdoors, and get very dark! I love to be tan! Just recently while at the dermatologist, a mole was discovered on my back that looked abnormal, but it was found to be benign. With that, and the fact that wrinkles are starting to rear their ugly head, I decided to enter the vast world of sunless tanners. I read review after review and did my homework for a few months before concluding that Sun Geisse was the best overall according to people like me. I bought a bottle of the dark (step 3) to try and instantly fell in love! The dark lotion goes on smoothly and lets you see where you are applying without streaking. Plus it gives you an instant glow and develops even darker within three hours. I didn't look orange either, but looked very natural. The girls at work the next morning actually thought I had been tanning at the salon. The odor at first smells nice, but while developing, it smells like all the others. Good news, however, it does fade away. I just bought three more bottles so I won't run out. I recommend this to anyone who wants a deep, dark natural tan without all the harmful affects of UV rays.

This tanner looked fairly nice when it went on evenly. However, it is very hard to put it on evenly! Mixing it with lotion made me feel very greasy, and I had dark brown spots all over where it didn't mix/blend well (in particular I had dark blotches under my chin, above my armpit and the inside of my elbow). I would rather be blindingly white than blotchy and uneven. My search for a good sunless tanner continues...
Beyond the best, just gotta learn a few tricks..

Okay, so I'm about as white as you can get, and the ONLY thing I get from being in the sun is freckles and a nice little sunburn! I've tried ALL the different brands, and have paid for the mystic tans (which is a timely effort, due to all the barrier cream application thats required if I don't want streaks). However, my Aunt gave me the leftover of a bottle of this stuff two years ago. She's spent her entire life in tanning beds and lying by the pool, and tans beautifully, however shes just recently paid the price with a battle with skin cancer...needless to say shes changed her ways!! She gave me the bottle of Sun (in Ultra Dark) which I tried out on my stomach first to make sure it wasn't orange. I am not completely addicted to this stuff!! It requires a little work, but here's a few tips...
1) Shower and shave FIRST
2) Completely dry off and put plain lotion (nothing with fragrance in it) on the soles of your feet, your ankles, kness and elbows
3) I keep the sink water running in the bathroom, and after application to each body area, use one of those little nail scrubbers and soap to get the stuff off my hands
4) wear junky clothes till it dries...I put it on before bed, and let it dry for awhile before I hop in the sheets,
5) If you use it on your face, use a TINY amount and do your cheek bones, a light grazing on your forehead, and keep your neck okay with a very thin application, that way it looks natural, not like you dunked your head in something and came up brown, think about it, does anyones face get that dark while tanning? Nah, and when it does it looks BAD. I will add pics later, got a wedding this weekend I have to look nice for...it'll give you an idea how great this stuff really is!!

I have used every self tanner known to man. This product goes on very easy and dries pretty quickly. Your skin feels soft and the color looks very natural. You really do look like you are sun kissed-without overdoing it. It is not orange looking at all.
You do need to wash your hands really well after using product. It goes on dark but dries to a natural color. Has a pleasant smell too. It is by far the best self tanner I have used in 20 years!

Reading the high reviews, I decided to give this a try.
After showering, I spent an HOUR applying this, blending, even mixing moisturizing lotion into my skin. After all that work, my skin looked streaky 10 minutes later.
I washed my hands, but also my tan washed away. I had to re apply it to the back of my hands by rubbing them together.
This morning my hands and part of my wrists are orange, and there are uneven spots and streaks on my arms.
My legs turned out alright though.
I guess tanning beds is the only way to get an even tan....

awesome! this stuff really works! I tan all over except my face because i dont want wrinkles, so i bought this stuff after using everything under the sun and my face looks like ive been tanning it along with the rest of my body!

I have been using self tanners for 20 years. I started with my mom QT back in the 80's. I have literally used almost every brand on the market. This is the best. I would love to share my secret about getting the color perfect. First put regular lotion on your elbows, knees, and back of hands. This is to prevent the dry spots from absorbing too much and turning too brown. Then put heavy coat of self tanner on, and rub quickly because it dries fast. Then to make perfect blow dry your self for about 5 minutes. Only put on in the morning and not at night. Put on after shower. Dont put on before bed, it will rub off and become uneven. Follow these instructions, and you will have the ingredients for a perfect tan!

The smell is great on this product which is always my biggest concern with self tanners. It covered nicely and looked very natural, even my husband said I looked pretty but couldn't figure out what I had done. I had no streaking, but be sure to wash your hands immediately after applying.

I've tried all the different tanning lotions and sprays and anything else under the SUN. Giese'e has always been what I've come back to. Its natural looking and not streaky. Always wear my latex gloves to apply and it blends right in.

I am a very fair-skinned individual who does not tan well at all. I've been trying various sunless tanning products recently, hoping for a miracle before my upcoming vacation. They've all been disasters until I tried Sun. I can't speak to how it wears off, but I've been very impressed with the application.
It's true that the stuff in the bottle is scary-looking-dark. Once you rub it into the skin though, the difference is very subtle. I'm practically ghost white and I bought the dark version and now I think I could have gotten the darkest version and still been able to achieve a moderate tan without looking extremely dark.
The best part is that it goes on so smoothly! I did put lotion on my palms every time I squirted more tanner from the bottle, which may have helped. I also washed my hands about 4-5 times during the application over my whole body. I exfoliated once about two weeeks ago, and still it went on perfectly over problem areas like my feet, knees, etc. The color also looks very natural.
After application, I waited about 1/2 hour before getting dressed, then put on old clothes, but didn't have any staining on them. I'm loving this product and can see now why there are so many people raving about it!!

I think with any tanning product there's going to be a little bit of a weird smell, but this one is very slight. Tans dark...I bought the medium color....so I only need it about every 4th day. Makes your palms brown, so be sure to wash it off.

I have used this for years! There's been a couple of times I haven't been able to find it so I tried something else. From expensive to cheap the other products were a dread disappointment each time. As a sidenote this is the favorite product of my pedicurist, she says it's the only one that doesn't turn the footbath orange and/or come off on her hands. I lay in stock now so I don't have to face a summer without it! Do shave, exfoliate/buff and moisturize before application. Your "tan" will be beautiful and long lasting!

I have very pale porcelain skin with a yellow undertone. I found this tanning product to be the best one I've used on the market. I've tried other self tanners such as Ban de Soil and Neutrogena and the Neutrogena while i achieved a dark tan i looked orange compared to those using a tanning salon. Also with the Neutrogena it starts to peel off around the inside of the elbow. Ban de Soil didn't tan me as well and also you tend to go through the product faster. Also because Ban de soil has both a moisturizer and tanner side by side one tends to run out before the other one.
SUN, offers an even application unlike other self tanners. Even if you dont do it perfectly on ur hands and feet it evens itself out while developing. The smell is very nice too. The tanner comes out green to counteract it from turning orange on ur skin. I found its easier to do the legs first, back and then work ur way around to the front. For my arms i tend to blend down half way and then wash my hands thoroughly and then finish the rest of my arm down onto my hands with a paper towel. I also put a little bit on a paper towel to do my face that way my hands still stay clean and i dont go overboard on my face.
The only thing i did not like about this tanner is it tends to clog ur pours and u do start to sweat while this product is developing and even after u take a shower. By the 2nd day i felt like i still had a nice tan and didn't feel as clammy.
This tanner does look a lot better on if u have a bit more of a base tan or u tend to have a little bit darker skin. Having pale skin when it started to wear off i got a little splotchy. Self tanners aren't perfect but this one is by far the best one on the market that i've come across both in quality and price, you're definitely getting what u pay for.

I have very fair skin and this is the only sunless tanner I have found that looks real. It dosen't turn orange and it doesn't have a bad smell like all the others. This product is wonderful.

I thought this product was great. I have tried quite a number of self tanners, that did a very lackluster job. This one really looks like you spent time in the sun, without the funny look you get after a few days with most self tanners.
