Directions:

When showering or bathing massage onto wet skin, using circular motions. Concentrating on elbows, knees and feet. Rinse well. Use three times weekly.

Water (Aqua), Glyceryl Stearate SE, Polyethylene, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Propylene Glycol, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, PEG-100 Stearate, Panthenol, Matricaria (Chamomilla Recutita) Extract, Allantoin, Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans, Cellulose Gum, Fragrance, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, FD&C Green #3 (Cl 42053).

Great Exfoliator

This is a great product to use when you have dry skin. I use this right after I take a shower rinse off and then use the moisturizer. My skin becomes unbelievably soft!

great smell & gentle

This is a great body scrub to get rid of dry or flaky skin. It is gentle, unlike other exfoliators I've tried from the drugstore. It has a great smell and rinses clean.
