Wooden Roller Body Massager works well, looks to be sturdy. I used all over after a long flight to India. Neck, back, legs, arms. . . felt great. It is a bit of an arm and shoulder workout to use this on yourself. if some one else can massage you with it, it's much more of a treat

This works! We received one as a gift over a decade ago, and we have decided to buy one to keep in the car. On a long road trip, this massager is so very relaxing to use at a rest stop.
