The original transaction was conducted effectively and efficiently and the shipment arrived on the date promised.
The steam generator (steamer), however, failed during the second use and needed to be shipped back at great expense.
To Folica's credit(!) the replacement was smooth and conducted with graciousness. Compliments to Ms. Chen.
The second unit, however, proved with finality that the product is well below standards. The materials used are obviously cheap and prone to failure. Folica gets an A+ but the Spatech Sauna earned a failing grade.
