I found this product to be less than claimed. The layer before makeup did not enhance my look and actually seemed to make my foundation look a bit muddy -- maybe didn't let it dry enough? I found a much better product from DHC, the Japanese mail order company. It is called Velvet Skin Coat and it also moisturizes! Gives flawless look.

I ordered this product thinking it would make my face look freshly made throughout the work day. It was basically like splashing water on my face,letting it dry,then apply makeup! It did not work! My makeup lasted as usual for about 3hrs before I had to literally touch it up. I also purchased the Rice powder to go over my finished face to try to achieve a all day look. I was very dis-satisfied. I would not purchase this product again.
It worked for me!

I have one of the oiliest complexions and this really does work for me. I am forever spending $$$ looking for things that work for oily skin and this does. Many things claim to but really fail to in my book. I was used to wearing what they call "lasting foundation" only to have it disappear or smear right off just hours after putting it on. Sorme Fresh Start keeps my makeup on my face, where it's supposed to be! Just put 1-2 drops on your face and let it dry completely before putting on your foundation. For extra, extra staying power spray on Model in a Bottle after your entire face is done. Sorme Fresh Start is worth every penny.

It feels really light and leaves your skin smooth without any oily feeling. I use it together with Rice Powder foundation and my skin looks great, even with my acne problematic skin.

This makeup enhancer is the best I have ever used. It's applied before the foundation and it makes my skin look flawless!!!!!! I cannot live with this!!!

When you go to put your foundation on you get a "peel" that is on your face. It's not that I'm not letting it dry either. It brushes right off. For the price it's a great product. I don't have to use my powder anymore!

This product is wonderful because it feels like it smooths my face and seems to make my make-up glide on beautifully! It does not feel thick or like it will clog my pores.

This product is awesome if you want your base to last all day long. I don't even need to use powder over it. It isn't for any big flaws, but it works great on longevity.

I really like this product but if you are in a hurry it takes about a minute or two to dry completely before you can apply foundation

I am disappointed in this product. It feels wonderful!!!
And my makeup looks great for about 4 hours. But then I notice that my makeup has disolved somewhere, especially my concealor. I am going to try another under-foundation product to see if this is any better. I will let you know.

I like this product a lot. I have oily skin, and this seems to help keep my foundation fresh all day, and reduce the look of pores, and basically provide a smoother surface for further makeup. Good price, you only need a little daily.

This is a great product. Face feels smooth and covered under makeup without being heavy, filmy or goopy. Works fantastically with the tinted skin brightening make up I wear over it! Great price, a little goes a long way.
