it worked wondres on my hari no mroe flyaways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and it only takes 10 min to straighten my whole wavy partialy thick hair! the only thing is it edosnt stay stick straight for hours, id say it stays stick straight and beutiful for 3 hours and after that it gets slightyl less stick striaght but still straight its more natural looking straight id say. all in all i am extemely pleased i still ahve to try it on wet hair!

This is the best thing ever that has happened to my hair since I got my brown-dull hair streaked blond-red; which looks good because of getting my hair so straight by this product.
This straightening iron gets my hair so straight that every streak shows. No lie, the first time I straightened my hair with this product everyone was telling me how great my hair looked with my new streaks, what they didn't know was that I had my streaks for a month, the difference was my sleeky fine frizz-free hair made them stand out. My hair stays straight, sleek, and frizz-free all day. I swear, I put my hair up in a band for five hours and took it down and it didn't even get wavy. This is truly the best straightening iron. The cheap stuff is not worth playing with. I'm 24, and I wish I would have got this product earlier. I could go on and on but I will spare your eyes. Don't waste anymore time, buy this product and you will love your hair, you gonna feel good bc everyone will be saying how great your hair looks all day.

This flat iron is really good. I had a Conair one before, and it worked pretty well but of course the frizz would come if it was humid...this one makes my hair feel a lot silkier and it straightens so much easier...doesn't squeak...I even have bangs and this works well for them, too. I just tried it tonight so I will test out that humidity factor another day!! Thanks so much!! :-D

I have long, frizzy, and wavy hair. With all the great reviews on this straightener i decided to try it out, but i didn't feel like i got my expected results. i felt like it didn't close tight on my hair, which if it did, it would of straightened much faster. i think i am going to instead try the bion for $190.
I'm keeping my iron, but...

Okay, I am very skeptical about hair tools. I'm picky with my hair--never dyed it, never done anything drastic, but after a while, I wanted a change. I have really wavy hair that's almost curly but not quite. I decided to get this iron because I wanted to get rid of the frizz and get the straight hair that most Asians have. I used it at low temperature settings because my hair is thin, the iron worked pretty well. I run the iron several times because I was afraid that the iron may get too hot. I'm keeping this iron, but I think I have to buy another for my sisters to share...

I have unbeleivably thick and curly hair and with a drugstore straightener I wasn't getting anything. I was fed up with it and went online here to get one. I was about to buy the most expensive one--then I saw this. The reveiws were great--and it was free shipping and only $98 so I got this instead. And THANK GOD that I did. This is the BEST flat iron and does amazig things to my hair. It has never been so shiny smoothe and STRAIGHT!! I love it--and everyone wanting straight hair--look no farther. THIS IS IT!

I used to have extremely curly, kinky, caucasian hair that I straightened daily with my Helen of Troy Ceramic Iron. I got it relaxed and my hair became a wavy, curly, frizzy mess. Easier to straighten, yes. By then all the ceramic had melted off my iron and I decided that it was time for a new one. I debated for awhile between this iron and the smaller version and ended up paying the extra 10$ for the larger one. It was worth it. I was slightly disappointed at first, expecting it to turn my extremely frizzy wavy hair into smooth and sleek in one stroke. It took several but not as many as with my old iron. After my whole head was straight I could see the difference. It is smoother and flatter than usual, and shiny without even putting the usual ton of products in. It is ubelievably soft, and I don't have to go back and restraighten it 3 or 4 times a day- 10 minutes in the morning and that's it. For the first time in my life, I actally thought my hair was TOO flat for a moment after I slept on it and ironed it again. I love the temperature control. And it's easy to get close to the root of the hair without burning my scalp despite the larger size. The iron arrived in just two days. All over, it was an excellent purchase.

I've been using this product for a few months now and I can't live without it! I have extremely thick and coarse hair, which takes way too much work to try to achieve the smoothness I want with a hairdryer. Now using the this flat iron it only takes about 5 minutes and my hair is ultra sleek and smooth. I was afraid that I would get more split-ends from using it, but I haven't! Also, this flatiron heats up quickly and is easy to maneuver. This is a wonderful product for the price and I highly recommend it!

When I read about ceramic hair straighteners in a beauty magazine, I thought that i needed to get the best one. I bought the ADST iron from a beauty supply store for $424. It didn't work at all. My colleague recommended this iron, and I decided to give it one more try. It cost me only $98 this time, and it was well worth it!!! I love my Solia iron, and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
