I Love the Solia

The Solia is the best flat iron I have ever tried. My hair is so shiny and silky, smooth. Everyone compliments me on how healthy and beautiful my hair looks. I recommend the Solia to everyone...it really works!

I purchased the Solia and a Sedu. The Solia came in and starting working immediately. Unfortuntenly the Sedu was dead on arrival. The Sedu feels strong and not cheaply made. It pretty with colors and has not gone out so far, since all flat irons are starting to be made very cheaply. The Sedu, I did finally get another and its broken now.
The Solia is durable and works pretty good for the price.

I bought this as my first experience using a flat iron. It works great! I love my new style and I can fix my hair and it will keep it straight for days so it saves me time getting ready. It goes up to 450 degrees, it's lightweight and just perfect.

I have very curly and coarse hair and this works wonders. I can straighten my shoulder length hair in 15 minutes and it is smooth and silky. Folica did a great job with shipping and I had it days before I expected it.

This is the best flat iron I have ever owned. No snagging or pulling. I have owned a CHI and a Corioliss and both would snag my hair where the plates meet the plastic part of the iron, not with the Solia. I have been using this flat iron for almost a month and have yet to snag or pull any of my hair (i have very fine/curly/wavy/frizzy). As far as straightening power, it has out performed the CHI and the Corioliss. I give this iron 5 stars. Once straightened my hair is silky, shiny, straight and healthy looking, and stays that way all day (hard to do when you live in Florida). This is a must buy!!!!!

I just received my Solia flat iron yesterday. Wow, what a difference. I have been using a drug store quality flat iron. I did alot of research before I bought the Solia flat iron. Gosh, I wish I had gotten it sooner. Definitely worth the little extra money. So easy to use, so light weight and such a difference. Cuts my time in half in fixing my hair, which is naturally annoyingly curly!

I bought this flat iron looking to deal with my very thick, very coarse wavy hair. I had never used a straightening iron before. The Solia is easy to use, heats fast, and does the job. I use it on my towel dry hair. It speeds up drying time, and the straight lasts until I wash my hair. Excellent product, and I'ld recommend it without reservation.

the BEST straightener I have EVER used. I decided to try it out because of the good reviews and the cheaper price, and I have to say, it is EXCELLENT. So light, and it goes up to 450 degrees... I have REALLY thick hair, thats down to my lower back, and it only takes me 15 minutes to do my hair with this thing! I LOVE IT

I have really thick, frizzy unmanagable hair and I have to straighten it if I don't want to look like an asshole. This straightner definitely works well, it gets super hot (450 degrees) in literally one minute. I've used Chis before and this one is just as good, if not better.

i have used many flat irons over the years and this is the best one ever. it doesn't pull or snag your hair AND it shortens the time you spend straightening your hair significantly. my hair is SO straight and stays straight even on the beach or when it's foggy outside. i have never been so thrilled with a hair product and i have tried TONS!!!!! plus...the price can't be beat!

I have had other flat irons cheap and expensive, but the Solia was the best. I am Black with thick hair and my daughters are half Puerto Rican, so one has thick wavy hair and the younger one has very curly hair. The Solia works great on all of our hair, and makes it look fabulous like we just left a hair salon. We especially love the fact that it can straighten wet hair also. When I had to send my Solia back to the manufacturer and had to wait 3 weeks for a new on, to us it seemed like forever. When the Solia finally arrived we were overjoyed that we could have beautiful looking hair again.

I really really love my new 1 1/4" straightener!!!
This is my second Solia iron, I just love them!
The only reason why I had to buy a new one was because I had dropped by 5+ year old one about 30x, and a tiny piece of plastic finally broke off.
I absolutely love them, and the price is great on folica.com!

I LOVE this straightener! It's the best one I've ever owned. It makes hair perfectly straight even if it was curly. Love it love it love it. Wouldn't trade it for anything. And I swear I'm not gettin paid to say this lol. It's just really that amazing = )

This product works good. I have wavy, course hair and it flattens my hair quickly and doesn't dry it out like the Sedu did. It is a little on the heavy side (compared to teh Sedu). Otherwise no complaints!
It's better than a CHI, not quite what I wanted.

It works fine, but even on the highest setting, it doesn't get my hair TOTALLY straight. I bought it because all the Sedu irons were out of stock right when I needed a new flat iron, so it wasn't my first choice. I have really thick, resilient hair, so I guess I need a more heavy-duty flat iron to get my hair truly straight, but this takes most of the wave out, which is good enough for now. Next time, I'd like to get a Sedu. Here's hoping they're in stock next time I'm ready to buy!

I purchased this after my long loved iron, the Sedu, died (used it a lot). I was in a certain price bracket, and I went with the Solia...Just as good as the Sedu. It's awesome. It leaves my hair shiny & beautiful..Made the prefect choice.

I purchased this ceramic iron and it works really well' I am a african american female with really course hair and it straigtened my hair very well. I would recommend this product to anyone. My hair has great shine and it last for a long time. I only have to straighten it once.

In the past, I hated straightening my hair because it took so long. Now, it takes me about half an hour. I love it! It doesn't make my hair look frizzy either. I would definetly recommend this product to those with natural cury/wavy hair.
