First of all this arrived in like 2 days super fast shipping. My friend had the blue one so i had to have it after using hers. than i found it in pink which matches everything else i have so it was a great purchase. My hair has never been this straight. I have naturally slightly wavey hair this thing is amazing i will never use anything else.

I was really skeptical about buying something off the internet like this (I have "mixed" hair, Jewish and Black); however, I was pleasantly surprised once it arrived at my door. It's the best flat iron I've ever used and I'm really glad I purchased it. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants straight hair. It's quick and easy!

As you can tell I can’t live without a flat iron. I was using the maxi guide but it just got old and wouldn’t really work that well. So I wanted to buy a chi because at the salon I go to they use those. But I seen all the positive feedback for this product and the price was great! + Its pink! I have really frizzy hair and it’s out of my control. But this flat iron really makes my hair soft not frizzy and shiny! I would recommend this flat iron to anyone with out of control hair Like myself! So don't think because of the low price that it will not work because It works the best!!!!

I received this straightener from my father and it is the best I have ever had. My old Remington Wet 2 Straight was awful. It left my hair thin and dry. The Solia straightens but still keeps my hair looking thick and shiny, not brittle and cracked. It heated up in seconds and worked through my naturally extremely wavy, almost curly hair in no time. My hair was completely straightened in 10 minutes! I recommend that you get this product before this offer ends; the price is right, it's P I N K, and the heat proof case/mat has been very useful. Two thumbs way up for the pink Solia!

I was very sceptical about buying an $85 hair appliance. But it was so worth it! There is such a huge difference. I have a lot of Thick Curly Kinky hair..it is dry from dying it for years. I always needed to put blue magic or some type of grease in my hair. Now i don't need anything. I put in spray conditioner and straightened just like that. The Ceramic plates made my hair beautiful! I would not suggest you spent this much on something if it was trash. Solia made my hair shiny and beautiful. I got compliments all day long!

I got this adorable pink Solia Straightner for Christmas and it is the best one I have ever owned! It heats up literally in seconds and only takes a few minutes to straighten my entire head. It does not leave it feeling dry like other straightners I've used in the past; and it actually leaves it feeling quite soft.
I reccomend this to anyone, and the fact that it's pink is even better!
The Solia is a life saver!!!

I owned a CHI straightener for almost 4 years, and it finally crapped out on me. It still works, but just isn't as effective as it used to be. So I did my research as to wether or not I should get another CHI or try another brand. I loved my CHI so I was aprehensive to try something new, but I looked up reviews and saw this Solia and decided to give it a try. I'm SO glad I did!!! This is so much better than my CHI ever was! I get my hair done in half the time, and the best part is, this straightener is PINK, and its MUCH lighter than the CHI. My old CHI feels like a brick compared to this baby. I LOVE IT! My hair is softer, shinier, and straighter than it has ever been.
BUY THIS!
Amazing... I recommend it!

I always used hair products and by far this is the best straightner i bought... i'm really happy with the results and the fact that it only takes moments for it to heat up and work! Its trully a great iron!

As the disappointed owner of 10 different flat-irons, I was very skeptical about the Solia's performance record. After reading these reviews, my husband reluctantly agreed to buy the pink Solia for me (after making me promise that if this didn't work out, we wouldn't waste any more money on another straightener!)... well, the Solia arrived today and I immediately plugged it in and gave it a try.
AMAZING!
My thick, poofy, extremely damaged and over-processed hair turned sleek, shiny, soft and silky within minutes. I can't stop running my hands through my hair, it feels like I received a hair donation/transplant from a Pantene Model! And the best part about this iron is: it's completely hassle free! It heated up in a matter of seconds, and I finished all of my thick, long hair in under 10 minutes. If any of you are debating whether or not to get this flat iron, just do it! Your hair will thank you.
By the way- I have owned a CHI before, and although it works, it pales in comparison to this Solia. The Solia leaves your hair feeling like it just returned from a spa... but I found the CHI to be very drying to my hair.

This straightener can accomodate a variety of hair types. I have somewhat thick hair, not too thick, and it straightens perfectly. As the other reviews say it works on coarse ethnic hair. It's soo versatile and amazing. I can get right to the root of my hair without worrying it getting caught, and the plates are soo smooth. It's IDEAL for layered hair. It's really worth the money. Which, in comparison to the straightener, isn't much at all. This is amazing and I HIGHLY reccomend it. You must use product with it, because remember it IS a high temperature iron, and if you don't want frizz, then get product. Any type of heat protectant works. Anyway, I love it.

YOU HAVE TO BUY THIS!! i recently got my hair cut at vidal sasoon, so its pretty complicated and hard to style. i had an old wet2straight remmington hair straightner wich was HORRIBLE, SERIOUSLY NEVER EVER BUY IT it fried my har and i had to buy a special deep conditioner that cost $40!! you could actually see the protiens from my hair on the straightner, it was gross. and i like the 1 inch best because its perfect for bangs, and its easy to ymake curls and flips, besides.. ITS PINK!!

I HAVE USED JUST ABOUT ALL THERE IS SOLIA IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST MY HAIR STAYS STRAIGHT AND IT'S SHINY I WASTED SO MUCH MONEY BUYING THE DEPT. STORE BRANDS NO MORE WITH THE WARRANTY YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE AND IT'S PINK!!! NO EFFORT IT DOES ALL THE WORK AND IT DOES'NT PULL YOUR HAIR GIVE IT A TRY YOU WON'T BE SORRY

This is the best iron I've ever used...and I knows my way around flat irons! I have medium curly hair (thing Mirrah Carey circa 1991)and this iron works awazingly well. I got this iron after trying a Croc infrared iron that was nearly 2x the price. The Croc snagged my hair, didn't get it completely straight and didn't do well when I tried to make curls b/c of it's flat plates. This iron did all those things perfectly. I needed a new flat iron b/c my well loved and over used Sedu iron bit the dust recently. I am glad a switch from Sedu. The Sedu worked well, but this is superior.
Even with warranty, and 3 Pink Solia flat irons later, its still broken

I had got this flat iron because it looked cute and the price was reasonable. At first I loved it but within a few months the light broke and I could never tell when it would heat up. I had warranty and got sent a new one with a $10 shipping fee.. I wasnt too happy about the fee but figured it was better than having to get a brand new one.. I got my second one and it made my hair smell so bad ! I could not take the smell anymore and I never had smelly hair before and was not using any different products in my hair.. So I got a third iron free of shipping and its broken as well! The plastic keeps breaking off around the plates and the light sometimes does not turn on. I gave up on this iron. I would never buy this brand again. I was better off investing my $90 in a better iron

I didn't have any expectations for this, considering this is the first professional hair tool that I have ever bought. I didn't think there would be a difference between this and the ones you could pick up at a drugstore.
Wrong! I was amazed. I have straight hair but my solia makes it pin-straight and super smooth! It's also great for creating waves and curls. Annddd, it's pink so I had to have it (it matches with my new Elchim hairdryer and jilbere de paris curling iron!! XD)

my straightener worked great until about a week ago when it just wouldn't turn on. i didn't overuse it--probably three times a week AT THE MOST.
i don't remember my customer information and threw away th receipt so i can't get the warranty but i reccommend keeping that the whole time you use the straightener because solia does have a 2 year warranty.

i got this iron a few weeks ago and the first time i tried it it was amazing it worked so well on my hair because my hair is very very thick and this iron went threw it like no problem and it used to take me like a good hour to straitin my hair and now it takes me like 20 good min.but other than that i love it bacause u can also curl your hair for fancy nights and u can wavee it how ever you would like to and it works so well .my fav thing about this iron is it heats up like in 1 min or less and of course its pink lmao.another thing i enjoy about this iron is that the heat is wonderful it gets so hot and the hotter it gets the better it flat irons itt.. but the only reason i rated <good> was beacuse chi is better brand but im telling you it does the work and i like it very much such as my new best friend when im ggetting ready in the morning.=) get it its great and if u dont like it you hav 30 or 60 days to ship it bac(: pce <3

I've had my flat iron for over two years and it still works great...no problems at all! My hair is amazingly straight and holds the style all day, even on humid days...doesn't snag the hair either...gets extremely hot! great product, would definitely buy again!
