I ordered this product after seeing all of the positive customer reviews but unortunately i have to disagree. this iron did not go smoothly over my wavy hair and it took many repetitions to get it straightened at all. I exchanged this iron for the chi and found that one to be 5 times better

I love this flat iron. It has adjustable heat settings and a really long cord. It also heats up in about 30 seconds and works really well! My hair looks shiny and healthy even though I blow it out and flat iron it on a daily basis.

i purchased this flat iron becuase of all the great reveiws and becuase it was pink lol. Anyway i have EXTREMELY thick and frizzy hair, but thans to the solia flat iron my hair is now silky, straight,and shiny even without using any extra products. i swear over my dead dogs grave that this is the best flat iron ever, i know the sedu is suppose to be #1 but it doesnt come in pink.LOVE IT!!!!!

I was not very happy with this iron. I had a previous hot iron that I had used for years that I was very happy with. It finally broke and I decided to try this one. I sent it back two days after receiving it. It just was not the quality that I wanted.

Before i even got my solia flat iron i never beleived that such a product could strighten my hair in under 30 minutes. When i received my flat iron in the mail I was so excited to try it out. It left my hair smooth and straight in only 15 minutes I was so shocked.THIS FLAT IRON IS AWESOME!!!

I purchased this straightener a while ago and have found it to be a wonderful hair tool. I did alot of research on the different flat irons and thought this one was a good price and also I had to get it because it was pink. I think I've had it now for about a year and I haven't experienced any major problems. It curls my hair beautifully and people always think that I put rollers in my hair when I do curl it. If you're looking to purchase this straightener I would highly recommend it.

i really like pink, but this one is a really funky color. i'd suggest getting the regular blue one with black, at least it would look stylish and professional. its like the difference between a barbie and the generic version, if that makes sense. it just doesn;t look hot in person.

I LOVE MY SOLIA.
And it's even more amazing because it's pink!
It heats up SOOO fast & straightens really quick.
My hair is naturally wavy and it poofs a little after I sleep, so I thought that might be a problem for this straightener.
NO WAY. It straightened my hair perfectly.
And lasted all day.
After I get my hair wet, it still looks a little straight and only needs a touch up!
I love my straightener and I recommend it to anyone!

This flat iron is amazing. My hair is shiny and has life when I flat iron my hair with this iron. I did have to return it, but it was just a defective iron and the company sent me a brand new one, and I love it!

I purchased the Solia 1" ceramic flat iron for my daughter's birthday. She is extremely happy with it. I tried it on my hair and definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to buy one.

I was very disappointed with my purchase of the pink Solia. I thought it was tourmaline and would make my hair shine. However, all it does is dry and fry my hair. I am really disappointed as I did read all the reviews before deciding to buy. It would be better to buy a $200 CHI rather than waste money on an $85.00 Solia Pink flat iron.

I love this straightener. The pink color is so cute, and it works very well. It keeps my hair straight for a couple days, and helps smooth out frizz. Overall, an excellent product! Very comparable to Chi straighteners which cost a lot more. I would definitely recommend this product.

I had only bought my solia tuesday around and signed up for the free UPS grond shipping and i got it today (thursday)! The fast shipping was awesome! So excited to try it and so i did! i dont have terrible hair but it can be frizzy on a bad day and change is nice. Tried it out: love, looks good, works great, no regrets so far, GET IT!
To be honest i barely know much about hair products and what's good or what's not. I have heard the Chi was great but after reading the reviews and that it fries peoples hair i was definitely not gonna spend that kind of money on something that wasn't worth it. Most of the reviews on this product are great the ones that aren't are pretty pathetic you can read them yourself.

UNIBELIEVABLE!!!!! It is true!!! It DOES flatten your hair in minutes! With my old iron, it'd take me 40 minutes. As soon as I unpacked my new SOLIA 208 VAR, I used it and it took me 11 minutes!!!! I love it!!! It's pink!!!!! and did I mention the beautiful tote bag and the heatproof mat??? I won't burn any surfaces anymore! You've got to get this ONE!!

I just received my Pink Solia, I was really excited when I ordered it but hugely disappointed after I received it. The plates only touch at the tip when I press them together, it did slip right through my hair because there was a huge gap between the two plates! unless I press really really hard on the plates itself (which can get very hot), or else, it just wont close. I dont know if this is a factory defect or just the way it is but I saw a same review posted on another website regarding this problem, I think the customer service should really inspect the flat iron before they send it out, because now I have to pay shipping myself to return it.
