Love this brush. I have thick hair and it can be difficult to blow out the back of my hair. This makes it so much easier.

I Have 2 sisters. WE all have very curly hair. This brush is simply great in detangling and keeping the hair straight. I straighten my hair once a week and brushing my hair every day with this brush keeps the hair manageable with less hairloss

This brush is perfect for blow drying curly hair into straight hair! It works even better than those big round brushes! Seriously I was very impressed with how well it worked! And I've spent thousands of dollars trying different products, tools and irons trying to get my hair nice. I was impressed that for only 5.99 this could work so well.
The only problem I had with this brush is that when I received it in the box from Folica one whole cluster of bristles had just fallen out of the brush!! I'm assuming this just happened, but I don't think it'll last very long. If the bristles just fell out sitting there in a box how long is it going to take them to fall out while brushing my increadibly thick hair.
And yet for the price of 5.99 and how good it actually worked, I'll probably just buy a new one for when it looses more bristles. I’m actually thinking of buying like 5 more, 2 more for me and 3 for my girlfriends.

I wasn't actually expecting this to make much of a difference but it really has. I have long, naturaly fairly straight hair and have always done fine with my paddle brush blowing my hair out but I get more compliments and my hair looks smoother and less "fluffy" using the slider brush. I would highly recommend!

This is a great brush for straightening wet hair when using a blow dryer!

Love this brush! Perfect blow outs made easy. In fact, when my blow dryer shorted out on vacation, this brush saved my style - I was able to use the brush when my hair was almost air dried and the style pretty much held.

Didn't do what I thought it would -- didn't smooth out or straighten my hair at all and I really don't have very thick or curly hair.

I have very thick, somewhat coarse hair. When it is wet, this brush will not comb through it easily. I can't use a round brush very well (just not coordinated enough) and I thought maybe this brush could be a replacement straightener since it has round-brush type bristles in the middle. It just flat doesn't work for my hair. I use a large rounded vented paddle brush instead. It's the only thing that goes through my hair easily.

I use a tourmaline flat iron and tourmaline hair dryer - combined with this brush - my hair stays straight and silky all day. I really didn't think a brush could make a difference - but when I don't use it to blow dry with - I can really tell - I think it's the combination of nylon and boar bristles that works to make the hair straight and silky. I have fine, straight hair to begin with - but this brush really works!
Good for straightening, bad for really thick hair

My hair is more straight than when I blow dry with other brushes... however, it's hard to use with my thick hair.

Thank heaven for the Internet! I purchased this brush on vacation three years ago and have been searching for a supplier ever since! I'm tired of lending it out to family! It is the only brush that will penetrate long hair and pull it straight without any static. Barrel brushes will curl hair - this is great for straightening medium to long hair.

I have very fine, thin hair and just using this brush in a normal manner caused some of nylon bristles to come out - since there are only a few of those type of bristles, obviously this brush won't last too long. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks and I'll have to toss it before too long- not good quality

I have short and fine hair. This brush lets me straighten and smooth my hair very easity!!!!This brush grabs on to your hair while you straighten, so you're not fighting with a brush that only holds your hair part of the time and then doesn't hold the rest!
