Hold hair long?

I have the original, and it should keep your hair straight all day! Unless you have a lot of moisture in the air or if you are working our and sweating. If you are having issue with keeping your hair straight try using a humidity resistant spray on the hair.

Does anyone know anything about Silk 2 (the company that makes this product) or have experience with them or their products? This product seems to have good reviews, but the Silk 2 website has very little information and looks badly put together. The website is secure for professionals only. The original Silk 2 flat iron is great!! It is made to heat up more then any other flat iron I have ever come across. I do not know about this new version. The flat iron is built to get so hot because it is for black hair not caucasian hair. Love mine wouldn't trade for anything

Does this product use a PTFC heating unit? Does it have rounded beveled plates?
I've looked every where I can think of to find out more information about this product but this is the only site with any info. I just want to know if you can curl hair with it and what kind of heating unit it has. Specifically, does it have rounded beveled plates for curling and does it have a PTFC heating unit?
