Im 25, my hair seems a thinner then it was 10 years ago, im not sure if I am going to go bald, (both my grandfathers have hair) Im not going bald now, but if I started to take Shenmin now would it prevent the process occuring or delay it for a much longer time then would other wise be the case.If not what other preventative measures can I take now before I start going bald to prevent it or delay it by a few decades?Thank you

Help regrow my hair back? I of all my siblings in the family have always had the most set of hair. My mother even told me that when i was just born the Nurses and including my Mother, commented that i had so much hair that the nurses put an Indian Band around my head and stuck me in the room with all the little baby girls.As time has Gone on id like to be able to have restored hair loss and continued growth. Im starting to lose my hair and i and its not just one particular area. Its not really all that noticable in one place but happening all around the back. id say between the parietal occipital region and kind of on the temporalis sides a little. The loss is not significant but enough to alert me. Ive been using Toppik to camoflauge the appearance of balding in those areas. Please let me know what you can do.

With or without meal?
According to the website, the directions are to:"Take one tablet two times daily, or as directed, one in the morning and one in the evening, without food."Wouldn't it be easier to digest it with some type of food?

It is essentially a vitamin and can be taken with or without food. |
He Shou Wu Dependency
Could certain people develop an He Shou Wu Dependency? Because I've always had weak kidneys and Liver. So I imagine that a body as weak as mines could easily develop a dependency.Again, this wouldn't happen to normal human beings. Only pathetic weaklings like myself.My liver is so weak that I could get drunk just by drinking too much fruit punch. I kid you not.

We actually have never had a complaint with regards to Dependency. However, given your health condition, it is probably best if you check up with your doctor with the list of ingredients |
