Makes your hair super soft and doesn't have that smell like it is burning!! Way better than my hot tools ionic one!!!

I didn't beleive a hair dryer could make much difference in the way my hair looked and felt but I was wrong. I have thick hair and after drying with this dryer my hair is soft and sleek. My sweetheart commented on how beautiful my hair looked the first time I used this dryer and I attribute that to this terrific product. If you are thinkng about buying a new dryer you can't go wrong with this purchase.

I spent days reviewing all of the hairdryer options, reluctant to spend more money than I ever imagined but eager to have a great dryer. I decided on the Sedu and I was so pleased when it arrived and exceeded my expectations (which were pretty high given the price!). So, don't waste any more of your time -- this is the one! It does everything you hope it will: dries your hair quickly, quietly, and gives it a beautiful shine. I hardly need to use my Sedu straightener anymore (which I also love) because this dryer is like magic. It's not silent and it's not featherlight, but it's quieter than most and it doesn't at all tire your arm. It looks great and feels great in your hand, although I did have to learn to hold the handle correctly because it's easy to accidentally turn off the dryer (but this is the case with most of the good dryers I looked at). The only criticism I have is that the cold shot button does not stick out away from the dryer, so if you have long nails it's harder to push (my nails happen to be shorter now and it works much better). Not sure why they did that, but to be honest I haven't needed or wanted the cold air feature much anyway.
This is an outstanding product and I have been having lots of fun drying my 7 year-old's hair with it, too. Because it's quieter she doesn't mind the noise and because of its amazing technology her long locks are dry in no time.
Bottom line -- just buy it now because you'll love it and you have better things to do with your time than obsess over this decision like I did! Focus on the fact that you get free shipping and feeling good about your hair is worth at least $129!

I have really thick, shoulder+ length, curly hair. Just like the previous review, my hair takes hours to air dry. Even on rollers using a bonnet dryer, it takes 1.5 hours to dry. I tried this for the first time today. I towel dried my hair and then dried it (without the diffuser since mine hasn't arrived yet) on high heat and high power, finishing with cool, without a brush or styling product. Nonetheless, my hair dried in about 10 minutes. Surprisingly, my hair was still curly (rather than like straw), shiny, and soft. This is worth every cent just for convenience and saving time for me.

My girl friend tells me this hair dryer I gave her is awesome and now she thinks I'm awesome. It does not dry out her hair and make her look SMOKING HOT. Plus it does not blow out my eardrums when she turns it on. She likes the look and feel of the product too.

I ordered this dryer on January 16th and rec'd on January 17th!
The dryer worked beautifully: my hair is shiny and soft with very little frizz. I brutalize my hair on a daily basis ... with drying and flat iron. I also use the Sedu flat iron. After blow drying my hair today and then using the flat iron, my hair looks great ... less dry and brittle. My assumption is that the results will only get better over time!

I am amazed out how my naturally wavy, frizzy hair doesn't appear that way after using this dryer. What sold me was even when I dry it half way with no brush, my hair is only slightly frizzy. I guess investing in an expensive professional hair dryer makes a difference vs. the one I was using (Conair). Also, it's very quiet!

I couldnt wait for this dryer to arrive! I blow out my hair alot so I figured I would invest in a good hair dryer. This dryer really does it and the blowout last. I love this dryer its the best. It gets very hot as well!

AWESOME! Used today and my hair dryed in about 5 minute. (long and thick) VERY soft, no frizzies. Definitely would recommend.
Only thing is that the diffuser is on backorder, which was supposed to be a free gift with purchase. Still waiting!

I LOVE this hair dryer. At first...because it's so quiet, I thought that it wasn't as powerful as some others I have tried. I was wrong! I have very thick and wavy hair, and it works great.
I will add that the dryer works even better when combined with the Sedu Straightner - by FAR my favourite possesion. (I sound like an advertisment for Sedu, but I swear, I'm just a Canadian girl who stumbled upon them!)

This blow-dryer is fantastic! I purchased a Sedu after owning a Babyliss, which blew a fuse approximately 6 months after I bought it. First, it is MUCH lighter, which makes styling easier. Second, it does not get as hot. This turned out to be a very positive thing. At first, I was concerned the dryer was not functioning properly. However, my hair dried in about the same time as the Babyliss dryer and was much more smooth and shiny. I realized I had been using dryers that delivered a lot of heat, which resulted in my hair drying quickly, but resulting in my hair feeling fried after prolonged use. I have highlighted, blonde hair, so I was fine with paying extra money, to lessen the damage to my hair. I feel my hair is much more healthy as a result of the Sedu dryer. It dries my hair quickly and with less damage. It has certainly been worth the extra money.

I've been using it for over 2 weeks now, and unlike my previous hair dryers my hair looks shinier and feels softer with this Sedu dryer. My sister who was visiting me over the holidays also agrees with me on this.

I love my new Sedu blowdryer, i have thick curly hair that normally i let air dry then blowdry it and that takes a couple of hours. With my new Sedu my hair dries in no time, and its really smooth after i dry it. I have a Sedu flat iron also and they work great together.

This blow dryer is easy to hold and use. Although it dries and styles your hair quickly, the heat from it does not seem as hot as my previous blow dryers. It makes me think that it's not so damaging to my hair. This is a product that I feel is worth its cost.

I was reluctant to invest in an expensive blow dryer...I have been a $25 Conair user forever since I was 16! Now that I am older, and my hair has been color-treated, it frizzes up more more than it used to after blow-drying. The Sedu hair dryer makes my hair silkier, shinier and healthier! I used to have to flat-iron my hair after blowing, to get the frizzies out and tame it down. Now I don't need to do anything more than run my flat iron through my hair just to set the blow out. People noticed the difference at work immediately. I also used the Sedu on my Bichon after his bath. Drying time was cut down in half...(he liked that!)..and his coat looked incredible. The Sedu is much quieter, which is pleasing to my ears, especially in the early AM. I would definitely recommend making the investment, you will see that it will be worth it!......DEBBI, Merrick, NY

I love this dryer! The technology really does work and it dried my hip length, very thick hair in half the time I used to spend. I am just delighted! It is also quiet and well balanced in my hand. This is an exceptional product.

I have wavy/curly hair that takes forever to dry. This dryer is a charm. It's fast and works great for straightening. I also learned some tricks from the Sedu site, but it's the same me, so I gotta credit the dryer. According to my hairdresser it has to do with the force of the airflow and the concentration. It's worth the money. No mroe $30 dryers for me.
