My girlfriend Gina is a hairdresser and needed a new blow dryer for work (she was bringing hers back & forth from home to the salon) so I started looking around for one as a Christmas present for her.
She flat out told me that she wanted another one exactly like the one she already had because she loves it. But me being the way I am, I looked around and tried to find one that got even better reviews and was in the same price range. That's when I found this dryer.
Well, I did great. She loves how light it is in her hand and her clients even ask her about it because it dries their hair faster and makes it shiny. She has mentioned, like a lot of the other reviewers, that it does wonders on coarse/curly hair and is great for 'blowing people straight'...which sounds fun.
The only 'complaint' that she's had is that it doesn't seem to blow with as much force as her old one. But I don't know if that's a complaint because she keeps saying how great it works.
At any rate, buy one. You won't be disappointed.

You cannot ask for a better dryer for the amount of money that you spend on it. It litterally cuts the drying time by 50% and promotes healthier looking hair with little or no frizz. Totally worth the money!

I purchased the Sedu Tourmaline Ionic Hair Dryer because I heard that the Ions would be good for my hair. One of my freinds said that Sedu hairdryers were the best out there, so I thought I would give it a go!!!! Awesome, what a difference from my old Wigo hairdryer. I have really fine, and long delicate auburn hair. It does not dry it out as my old dryer did and gives me much more body and lift. Drying time is now virtually cut in half. I LOVE it. It is not heavy or bulky either.

Last monthI was looking for a hairdryer to purchase that wouldn't completely destroy my hair. I've just been straightening my hair with a flat iron after letting it air dry but my hairdresser started to hate me. So, I researched hairdryers and bought this Sedu Ultrapower. I had never heard of Sedu before and my hairdresser had told me to buy a CHI but I just LOVE IT! Not only is it lightweight, powerful and easy to use but it only takes me 15 minutes to dry my hair, when it took me 35 - 45 to let it air dry! My hair is a lot healthier as well.

This dryer literally dries my hair in 5-6 minutes and I have thick, wavy hair! I highly recommend it!

I was hesitant to purchase because of the price. Never paid over $40.00 for a hair dryer, but I am very happy with this product. It used to take forever to dry my long hair.

The Sedu hairdryer is amazing. The best hair dryer I've ever owned. My hair is long, very thick, and coarse, but after using this hair dryer, my hair is opposite. My hair feels light and smooth; unlike the cheaper dryers I've used which leaves your hair feeling very rough when dried. I was very hesistant to spend over $100 for a hair dryer but after hearing about the Sedu flat iron, and in desperate need for a very good hair dryer, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad that I did. My hope is that it will last for a long time. The next product will be a Sedu flat iron.

I read about this product in a magazine product review,and bought my first Sedu ionic dryer based on the magazine review. It really is GREAT. It dries your hair in no time,and with very little frizzies. My daughter liked it so much,I had to get HER one,so I could get back mine from her. Then,my oldest daughter came home from college, and SHE loved it,so then I had to get HER one so mine wouldn't find its way back to to college with her. So,now we are a 3 Sedu dryer family.

I had my hair blow dried by my stylist today using the Sedu Hair Dryer and I could not believe how quickly it dried my hair and how quiet it was! I am so impressed with how my hair turned out I just ordered one!

I have long, thick hair. It used to take me almost an hour to blow it dry with a cheap blow dryer. Several years ago I bought an ionic blow dryer from Sharper Image because it was supposed to dry your hair faster. It did dry it faster but it still took a long time. I bought this dryer and was amazed how much faster it drys my hair. It now takes about 15 minutes. This dryer also leaves your hair very soft and shiny. My hair is smooth with fewer fly away hairs than with a flat iron. I am so impressed with this product that I am thinking of buying their 1 1/2 inch flat iron to replace the one I have.

I was so excited to purchase the Sedu hair dryer as I already have several of the Sedu straightening irons in my salon and we love them.
The hair dryer is powerful and we all really like that alot. It does dry the hair fast but it doesn't get VERY HOT like the other dryers we have. Clients don't complain it's too hot near their scalp, neck and skin. My stylists also don't complain it's too hot on their hands when moving the hair around. It's really good especially when when we round brush the clients hair. I am ordering a few more of these hair dryers.

My hairdresser uses a Sedu flat iron on my hair, and I could never quite get the same look at home. I got the Sedu flat-iron and loved it, but when I needed a dryer I was resistant to pay over $130 for a new hair-dryer. Well, after buying 3 sub-quality pretender wanna-be dryers , I got the Sedu dryer to, and I am SO glad I did. My hair now dries in 1/2 the time, is much shinier, and the frizzeys are finally tamed. Highly recommended for people with thick, coarse, curly hair like mine.
