Forget about other flat irons. This is the must have! Regardless of hair type, you will be amazed at the lasting styling power and shine. You will love it!

All I can say is WOW! I purchased my SEDU for my sister, she has super frizzy curly hair, after I saw her hair I had to try it, I purchased my CHI recently and I loved it, but after I used this SEDU.... results I could wish for! My hair was really shiny and super straight.
So far so good...

I don't get a chance to use the iron as much as I'd like. However, judging from the handful of times I've flat-ironed recently, this is the best flat iron I've used. I live in Atlanta and I'm natural. When I used this flat iron in June here, my hair takes days before it reverts, and even then it's just starting to swell. I love the iron and would definitely recommend it.
Much better than my old cheap Wal Mart flat iron

This flat iron was exactly what I expected. I did a lot of research before I purchased a flat iron, and the Sedu got a lot of good reviews. I have fine relaxed hair, and with other flat irons my hair has looked limp and plastered to my head (I hate that!). With my Sedu, my hair looks smooth and still has body. This flat iron glides through my hair easily and I don't see the breakage that I used to see with my cheap one, and I really like the adjustable heat settings. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quality flat iron.

I used this flat iron about 6 times. I am African American with 3C/4A hair transitioning from Relaxed to Natural. The iron does a decent job straightening, but I was expecting far better results. I have to pass the iron at least 3-4 times for it to get really straight. I never get the amazing shine that some people mention. Also, my hair still gets frizzy in humidity. I'm going to purchase the GHD and decide which one I will stick with.

I have to admit when I first used this iron I was a little disappointed. But now I really like it, the problem was that I am comparing it to the previous Sedu iron that I owned. It does heat up quickly but I found the other model to be a little faster. Overall I get the same results as the wider iron, but I think the larger plates made my hair feel softer and smoother. I have tried curling my hair a few times with it and it works great, just takes some practice for me. An iron is a staple in my beauty routine and I love anything Sedu has made so far. My only real gripe is that the cord does not swivel so you get all tangled up when curling.

This straightener works great. It heats up instantly & smooths out my hair easily. I still haven't mastered the curling aspect, but w/ practice it will be better. Folica was very easy to work w/ & fast shipping!

I bought a Sedu after my Kiyoseki died a premature death and the customer service there was disconnected. It was the best styler I ever had until the thermostat went haywire
and burned my hair. I knew that I was never going to be satisfied with an ordinary styler so I started reading reviews and then requested a Sedu for my birthday. I had to get used to the difference in the handling but it has been awesome. I have no complaints so far I have owned it for 5 months.

I am African American and I have always used like a Wal-Mart or K-Mart type flat iron. I like to flip it under at the end to give it a "wrapped" look. The others seemed to do a good job UNTIL I used the Sedu for the 1st time. My hair looked freshly permed! It was so silky & shiny!! I love this product!!! I highly recommend it to anyone!!!

I bought a very cheaper iron 6 years ago, it was great, and I only spent 30 dlls. this one is good enough but very expensive and based in the price I expected something much better than that.

This flat iron is the best. I don't experience the snags from the cheaper flat irons. It has a fast heat up time for the girls that are in a rush. I would recommend this iron to anyone.

I bought this, and it worked OK, not as good as my chi did. I returned it and bought the sedu 1 1/2 inch flat iron and I LOVED it! Get the other model!

Was very hesitant to spend so much on a flat iron, but it was worth every penny! Heats up super fast and straightens great with no damage to my hair.

This is my first Sedu. Overall it took a little getting used to as my previous tools have made my hair straighter faster. Overall its a good product, just takes getting used to.

i did my research and found that the Sedu was the best out there. Then folica advertised great deals, so all together i am pretty happy and this (Sedu Revolution Pro Nano Ceramic Tourmaline 1 Inch Styling Set) is still going strong

Good straightening iron for the money... only drawback is that is does not have automatic shutoff..... otherwise go for it...

It is a good flat iron for hair. But, it dries out my hair a little bit. But, it is really light and small.

I do love this iron because it doesn't feel like it is damaging my hair. I use it about once a week. My hair glides throught it very easily with no snags, but I feel like I need to squeeze the handles very hard for it to straighten. I have very thick curly hair so it takes some time. I do like it better than the Chi and the Hai. I will keep it but I think the price is too high for this one.

This is the best flat iron I have ever purchased.I have long and wavy hair but I like straight looks this iron makes my hair shiny and healthy straight I have also purchased type C sedu flat iron so that I can take it with me to my India trip I love my sedu.
