 Storage Allow appliance to cool and keep out of reach of children. NEVER wrap cord around the iron since this will cause cord to break prematurely. Avoid jerking bending or twisting cord, especially at plug and iron connection points. A heatproof pouch is suggested for storing purposes. Do not store iron at full heat in pouch, allow to cool. I absolutely loved my Sedu. There was no other straightener that could get through my thick, long, curly hair. But, one day the Sedu just stopped working. The on/off indicator light would constantly blink on and off, disconnecting and reconnecting power. It's now not able to be used and Sedu warranty is so short. However, I see they have extended it to 2 years which is a plus. I just purchased my Sedu Pro Ionic Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron and couldn't wait to use it because of all the positive reviews. I must admit it works GREAT! I have decided to go all naturale and needed a flat iron that could make my hair smooth & silky without all of the frizz. This iron fits the bill along with the CHI Silk Infusion made my hair so soft. I would recommend this to anyone. the sedu is the best there is. I literally cannot live without it. it straightens the perfectly. It is exceptional! this is by far the best straightener i have used. and the only one i will ever use. the only problem is that about every year or two the light wont turn on and the straightener doesnt work. this has happened with everyone i have owned. the good part is that it comes with a 2 year warranty Okay so the day my Sedu came in, I was thrilled. because of the fact I did my research and read reviews and looked at before and after pictures. It was down to the Solia (1 1/4 inch) or the Sedu (1 1/2 inch) therefore I just went with the Sedu. Anyways, I test it out on 410 and it got the job done. Like my hair was shiny, soft, smooth and silky(: However, later that night I went to a football game which was cold (not humid) and when I went to the bathroom during half-time, I checked out my hair in the mirror and it kinda went was wavy and looked a bit frizzy. Now I am just thinking of returning it for a Solia, or just giving it another try? Somebody give me advice! btw I am mixed with Black and Korean (I have naturally thick, curly hair) which can get nappy sometimes =P Read all 4367 customer reviews ...
