By far this has been the best hair straightner that i have ever used. it heats up very very quickly (25 sec) and it stayed very hot throughout the whole time i was straightening. i have very long frizzy and curly hair, this iron glided through my hair... it made it super super easy to striaghten it. when i was done my hair was perfectly straight, and it felt like silk... it was very very soft and look really healthy and shiny. when i went to bed that night it was still very straight, and when i woke up... it was like i just straightened it... usually with my old straightener i would wake up and it looked like i never did straighten my hair... with the sedu, it stayed straight... all in all everyone should own a sedu!!! its by far the best straightener in the world!!!! 5 stars!!!

yes lady im a male using a sedu flatiron and let me tell you i luv this flatiron the plates are super smooth and it heat up really fast and make your hair super smooth soft and shiny i still have a little bit of fly away but know flatiron is perfect right. i have thick wavey black/brown hair and i blow dry and then use the sedu flatiron i pass it a few time in the hair to get it pin straight and my hair come out like i just came from the chines salon i luv it check out the pic hope this help....

this product is definetely worth the price. it heats up in a matter of seconds, and gets the job done fast. it makes my hair extremely shiney and soft! all my friends want to borrow it. all in all, it is a very nice product!! i would highly recommend it.

I have had my straightener now for about 6 months. I love it. I've had all the less expensive ones before and wasn't sure there would be that much difference but there sure is. People have told me that my hair looks like the women in the hair commercials lately. It's much faster, needs only one go through. My hair is softer and more shiny. The 1 1/2 width is better than the 2 inch for turning the hair under a little at the ends. And my hand doesn't get tired because it's very light and easy to use. Go ahead and spend the extra money. You won't be sorry.

LOVE IT!! LOVE IT!! LOVE IT!! My hair is naturally fuzzy (especially in my humid climate) and this straightener makes it sooooo silky in no time flat!!! I am a true believer!! A++++.

I bought this after doing a lot of research. My friend had a Chi and my other friend had a cheaper product. But I have to say that my hair is so straight and shiny and just 10 minutes of using it! My hair is pretty long and it was breaking from the hair drying with the round brush, but now I dont have any breakage and I carry it around with me because its so light. I recommend this even though its expensive than others, but it really works.

I bought my first Sedu flat iron over a year ago & loved it!! My daughter broke it, on accident, and I could have killed her. It was more money than I wanted to pay, but I was so tired of the $19.95 imitations you see in stores. So, here I am again, buying my second one. And you know what....it's soooo worth it! If she breaks it again, I'll buy another! My hair is really wavy and very long and the Sedu makes it straight in no time! I have my sister-in-law, daughter, sister and friends hooked because this product is WONDERFUL.

After having my hair done at a salon using a flat iron, I was hooked. I sat and tried to figure out how I could manage making weekly trips to the salon to have my hair done. I decided to try purchasing a flat iron. I was skeptical since I've always been pretty spastic with a hair dryer. I researched different brands and decided to choose Sedu. I've used it three times already, and I am thrilled! My hair came out just as it did in the salon. I'm still spastic and can't do as good a job with the back of my hair, but it still looks pretty good! It sure beats $35 a pop at the salon!!! Try it and good luck.

I am 36 years old and have spent some 20 years trying to get my hair not only straight but smooth. This straighener has finally done the trick! I can not say enough good things about this product. I would highly recommend it to anyone that has struggled with getting their hair straight!

I LOVE THIS FLAT IRON!!!!! I have shoulder length wavy thick-thick-thick hair I have tryed the cheap route oh lets say about 3 times and i should have just went with this the first time. Normally it takes 2 hours to straighten my hair and with my new sedu it only took about 45 minutes. Before this product arrived I was very skeptical about it but let me tell you once you use it for the first time you are a true beliver dont waste any more money on cheap irons at wal-mart or sallys try this and love it immeaditely you will be glad you did. It left my hair shiny and straight just as promised!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It only took a few swipes to straighten out the pieces, and it left my hair so silky soft. It lasted for several days!

I WAS ALWAYS BUYING THE $30 & $40 FLAT IRONS THAT WOULD CHIP IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS. AFTER READING THE GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS I DECIDED TO TRY IT. I'M PRETTY PLEASED WITH IT. GETS MY HAIR STRAIGHT WAY FASTER THAN THOSE CHEAPER ONE DID & DOES'T SMELL LIKE IT'S BURNING. THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS THAT I NEED TO BE CAREFULL WITH THE EDGES BECAUSE THERE'S NO PROTECTIVE EDGES & THIS THING IS VERY HOT.
