I had a Metropolis Digital flat iron and was happy with it, but after reading all of the rave reviews on the Sedu, I just had to try it. WOW. I can't believe how much straighter and softer my hair feels... even my boyfriend said, "Ohhhh, silky!" Guess the Metropolis was drying out my hair after all.. and it cost more than the Sedu! Thank you, Sedu and Folica.com!!!

I bought this iron because of all the good reviews on this site, when it arrived, I thought the flat iron was so light, and seemed like it wasn't gonna be very powerful, but as i turned it on and used it I thought it's the best flat iron I have ever used on my hair... much better than the CHI. My hair is so silky and smooth, and the straight style really stays, even through humidity...

I just recieved my sedu (only took two days from my order date)and it is great. I have used the chi for years so I was hesitant to try something else but this works even better than the chi. I have course, curly, long hair and it left my hair silky and smoothed out my split ends. I love it, I can see why it is ranked #1.

I've used a Chi for several years and was in the market for a new iron. I tired the cermaic Chi flat iron and didn't think it worked as well as the original. I thought I'd do some research and chose this iron. I love this iron, I feel my hair isn't as dry and that it's even straighter than it was with the Chi. I highly recommend it.

I had to wait for about 3 weeks for my product since it wasnt in stock when i ordered it but it was worth the wait. I read up about this flat iron first and heard the reviews and its true! It does make ur hair soft and shiny! And my hair stays straight now for more than one night! it was worth the wait!

My boyfriend recently bought me this flat iron and i loveeeee it. i use to have a ceramic flat iron and it was okay, but back then i thought it was awesome. I have looking to buy this Sedu flat iron for awhile and when i used it i fell in love with it. It worked wayyy better then i thought my ceramic one did. the only thing is, i dont know how it will hold up in high humidity areas...but GREAT flat iron and HIGHYYY reccommended. def worth the money

Don't hesitate. I bought one and it is the best straightener I have ever used. My hair is very thick, curly, and frizzy, and about 5 incehs below my shoulders. It takes me 45 minutes to straighten my hair, With my old straightener it took over two hours, and it wouldn't look as good or last as long. My straight hair will last for about 3 days before needing to touch it up. Also, it doesn't damage my hair, I've been using it for three months and my hairdresser said she couldn't tell I straightened it.

for some reason when i used this straightner.. it really missed my roots all together. i would get as close as i could to my scalp but no luck. however it did a pretty nice job on the rest of my hair. maybe i should have went with the 1 inch.

I have had this straightener for a little over a year, and i swear by it. i have really curly, thick and long hair and this iron really does the job amazing and fast. my hair is a little longer than my butt and with other irons it would take about an hour or more just to get my hair done, with this iron it takes about (sometimes less) than 20min. to do my hair which is absolutely AMAZING!
This iron is really quick to heat up and it hasn't lost any of it's heat. I have owned at least 12 irons and this one (although more than i paid for with the other ones) is by far the one that swear by!!!.
I have suggested this iron to everyone i know and to everyone that is going to read this post!
Its GREAT and you will not be disappointed!!!!

I have fine curly hair and have used many flat irons in the past and this one is by far the best I've ever used. I just had to buy my second Sedu, but the first one had lasted over 2 years of daily use, plus lots of traveling with it. So it works great and is durable! I highly recommend it!

My hair is a little wavy, and i wanted a straightener that would not damage my hair, that i could use on my bangs, and that would creat shine. I picked the Sedu because of the amazing reviews, and recomendations from my friends. What i liked about this straightener is that it is so light and very easy to use. Its great on bangs and for flipping. It heats up so fast, and it does straighten perfectly. I do not think it is a miracle worker, but it is by far the best straightener i have ever used.

I was skeptical about getting the Sedu, because I had already bought an expensive straightener and it was absolutely horrible, and shorted out after less than a year. But let me tell you, I am SO GLAD I DID. It is amazing. I have extremely curly hair that I had no idea what to do with because when I tried to striaghten it, it would last half a day then frizz out. With the Sedu, my hair looks and feels like someone elses hair. Someone with healthy-looking, beautiful, pin straight hair. BUY THIS, ITS SOOO WORTH IT!

okay see i have wavy hair but it is so hard to straighten cuz it never wants to stay straight after i spent three hours straightening it but when i tried the sedu it is wonderful my hair stays straight and it looks thinner

This straightener is more than perfect. Needing a new straightener, I thought I would give this one a try because I have seen so much positive press on it, but I did not believe it could be that much better than some of the top quality irons I have used in the past. I was completely amazed by this iron. I have very naturally kinky curly hair, and this went right through it with ease. My straightened hair looks like I was born with it stick straight. It is also wonderfully silky and shiny, which is no easy task for coarse and curly thick hair. I don't have to use any straightening balms or products I would have to use with my other irons to get them to work properly. I can't recommend this product enough. The price is also extremely fair for the quality. It is very lightweight yet very sturdy. Fabulous!

I ordered this on Wednesday, rec'd it Thursday...(and I didn't choose next day air...I just went with the standard ups ground and it got here in 1 day!!). So shipping was amazing. I love this flat iron. It heats up quickly. I have very thick, Italian, curly hair and it makes my hair so smooth and straight. I have used the maxiglide for years, and I love it, but I just lost it. So I decided to try something new, the Sedu. It works SO WELL. I would reccomend it to anyone who wants to straighten their hair, even if your hair is thick and coarse (like mine).

I don't know HOW I ever lived without my sedu! I have VERY curly and thick hair, and the sedu helps even it out, and gets rid of all the frizx! It leaves my hair pin straight! Finally, my search is OVER!
I defiantly reccomend a sedu! My CHI broke after just 3 weeks!

Simply the best! The Sedu flat iron cannot be compared to any other brand. I've used so many other quality brands that sell for the SAME price and still cannot get results like I get with the Sedu. And if you think you are paying too much for this flat iron, trust me when I say, it is totally worth it!
Your hair will look like a million bucks! And will not get damaged.

Okay i have had a Conair and a Pro-Select, but they both didn't really straighten my hair well.At first i was looking into the GHD and then the Chi, but when i did my research the Sedu always came up as the best.So i bought it and waited anxiously, it only took 3 business days =D.It came today and as soon as i got back from school i did my hair.You only have to go over you hair 2 times,its amazing.Im so happy i finally found the flat iron of my dreams =]]
This is definately the best thing since sliced bread ;)
