i love this straightner! its the best one ive ever had and it never gives me any problems. it makes my hair straighter and shinier then my past ones. its definately worth the money!

i love it.. i had terribly curly hair.. i tried a couple of straightners before... didnt work at all... then my roommate told me about this.. it was worth the investment.. i m loving it.. AWSOMEEE!!!!

I love this flat iron, I had the Chi flat iron before this one. I had that one for about 4 years, but never received the result I get with the SEDU. SEDU just makes my hair soft and gives it an amazing shine and healthy look. My hair is amazingly straight. I always get compliments when I use it, I never use to get so many compliments when I was using my Chi. So please purchase this if you are considering on getting a flat iron, I know it's a bit more pricy than other name brands, but the extra dollars are worth it. I promise. If I had just bought the SEDU first, i would have saved the $125 I spend on getting the Chi.

I have natural curly hair, and this is by far the best straightener I have ever used. I have had people comment on how healthy my hair looks and they wonder what I have done different...different cut maybe? They are always surprised when I tell them that I bought a new flat iron! A+++++++ Product!

I absolutely l-o-v-e this straightner! You wouldn't believe how much of a difference it makes for my frizzy, thick, untamed hair! Normally it takes me about 45-60 minutes to straighten all my hair because it's extremely thick, but using Sedu, it takes me about 20 minutes max! And the result is smooth, shiny hair! Once I got it, I let my mom borrow it because her hair is so frizzy. The results were amazing! I've never seen her hair so smooth! She didn't use any products are anything, just the flat iron! Now she keeps taking it and doesn't like to give it back! Trust me, once you get this product, you'll never want to use anything else!

I purchased the folica straightner in Febuary. As soon as I received the product it looked so cheap.I could say that it didn't work for me, my hair is wavy and easy to staraighned out so I figured it would be great with the folica straightner but the results were awful my hair was a mess so I shipped back.The refund was process fast and that I can't complaint.My $40.00 straightner from sally beauty supply works alot better.

My daughter is mixed (african-american & caucasian) and her hair is of medium texture/curl. Although her hair isn't extremely coarse, it is still coarse and very springy & poofy! Her hair length (when straitened) is below her bra strap; (not straightened), it's above her shoulders.
I recently took her to a new hair dresser in San Diego, CA and I must say it was the best service my daughter has ever experienced. She got her hair straightened with a professional grade straight iron and I knew I was going to have to purchase one, and soon! I did some research online and found this one (SEDU) to have the best ratings, by far, so I decided to try it. I am so glad I did. Now my daughter can do her own hair and look like she just stepped out of the salon!!! It is one amazing tool that was well worth the money.

when i first got this straightner i thought it would work like all the other ones okay but not perfect...but im happy to say i was proved wrong. this straightener gets my hair perfectly straight unlike my other straightener and it actually lasts! my hair is curly and frizzy and it never seems to stay right but with this straightener i feel like ido when i get my hair cut. a few people have come up to me lately asking if ive gotten a haircut and how good my hair looks. i just tell them i got a new straighter...not to mention the free shipping from folica.com was fast ! i had mine in 2 days. i would defintely recommend the sedu. i also had the chi and it gave me the same problems with the cord. so far the sedu seems good.. hopefully i can say that a year from now! =]

I love love love this straightener. I thought it was too much money to spend, but I gave in & tried it. It was one of thee best decisions I ever made. Not only does it make me look like I just walked out of the beauty salon, but my hair feels & looks so healthy. Its shiny and glowing like never before.

not as good as everyone is saying, but still extremely better than a regular straightner. the 11/2 inch is still pretty small and kinda hard to hold w/o burning your hand. also 75 would be a better price than 115, but it IS worth buying. i guess my hair is just supersupersuper thick. i say try it.

My daughter and I both use this item. It's works really well and quickly too. It doesn't damage or pull hair. And when we're done our hair is silky smooth. I love it. We use it with the CHI Silk Infusion oil. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality flat iron! :)

I used buy a $30.00 flat iron from Wal-Mart once a year and my hair still looked frizzy most of the time and it felt dead and dry. I finally did about a week worth of research and found a product I thought would work. I received my Sedu flat iron in the mail and I am still very pleased with it! My daughter and I love the Sedu. It just glides through the hair without snagging and is light to hold and easy to squeeze. It flattens the hair on one pass so it works quickly too. In comparison to the Chi, it is far better, since it doesn't pull on the hair at all, and slides through like it is coated in silicon, and as advertised, the design prevents the Sedu from pulling on the hair while it passes through it.

I have very VERY long hair, which is naturally straight but very thick and tends to frizz slightly if it is humid..
I was hesitant to pay such a high price for a styling tool, but figured I would try it...
It makes a HUGE difference versus my cheapie flat iron I have used for years.
I am totally thrilled with the results, and I HIGHLY recommend this item to anyone who wants great results that last a long time.
