This iron was the best one my daughter and I tried. I didn't want to really share mine . So I had to bite the bullet and purchase one for my daughter's birthday. Her friends enjoy using it too.

My hair is already straight, but I bought sedu to tame the frizz, and tone down the poof after blowdrying my hair. I absolutely love it! Seriously, my hair has never looked better/straighter~ I've had so many compliments after using it, and already convinced a few to order it when they get the chance.
Sedu is by far the best!

I just have to say this is the best straightener ever! I've bought expensive ones before, but they do not compare to the Sedu. I have really damaged hair and the Sedu makes it look smoother, healthier, and shinier. It heats up quickly as well. I don't even have to put it on the highest setting and I have really coarse and curly hair. My best friend told me that she thought the Chi done a really good job, but I have to disagree with her. I know if she tries this, she will change her mind about the Chi. I definitely got my money's worth.

This is our second Sedu flat iron. It gets used daily by at least two of us. We all have curly hair, in various lengths, and it does an excellent job. The only drawback is that the last one only lasted about 1 1/2 years, the cord split at the iron. If you wait for a sale, the price is well worth it.

I just received the Sebu Flat iron and i am enjoying using it. It is very light but bit flimsy. It works very well on my "normal hair". I use almost the lowest setting because it is very hot otherwise. The ony thing that i do not like is the fact that i can't hold down to the end of the iron to press down because it is too hot to the fingers. Other than that it works very well and fast.

I have thin hair which was always stick straight & shiny 'til I started getting gray hairs. Yikes-the texture of my hair changed overnight it seems. No matter what I did with a blow dryer & any # of products it looked frizzy &
awful.
At first I tried a $20 drugstore flat iron & was happy
with the results until it broke in 2 months. I decided to invest in a good iron, read the reviews for the Sedu & placed my order with Folica.
I love this product- love the free heatproof pouch for it & loved dealing with Folica. I recommend it to everyone !

I have very thick, wavy hair that defies all attempts to straighten. Over the years I've gone through dozens of cheap and some not-so-cheap flat irons trying to get that straight, silky look to no avail. I considered the Chi Iron but was somewhat dissapointed after using my friend's - it just didn't really work on my thick hair unless i went over the same section 3 to 4 times. I did quite a bit of research on this and other web sites and decided to go with the Sedu because of the great customer ratings. I received it last week and have used it several times, and let me tell you it's worked wonders!! It now takes me about 10 minutes to straighten my hair when it used to take me half an hour or more. Also, i only have to go through a hair section once and I get straight, silky, beautiful hair! It really is the best product out there.

I ordered the Sedu straightening iron after I started to notice that the straightening iron I was using was damaging my hair BIG TIME. i had split ends all over the place and my hair just didn't look how it used to when i would straighten it. i went on folica.com and noticed that this was one of the highest rated straightening irons so i went for it. I got it in about... 5 days or so and as soon as i got it i tried it out. the first time using it i was too impressed with it because it took me the same amount of time as with my old iron however, the way my hair came out at the end was AMAZING! and as i kept using i was AMAZED! it just became easier and easier to straighten my hair! I have long curly hair and i would probably straighten my hair once a week because it was so time consuming but i LOVE LOVE LOVE the Sedu! it's AMAZING and i would definitely recommend this product to anyone that wants to straighten their hair! :)

This flat iron is the best one I have ever used. Although it cost more than the ones at CVS or Target, it is definetly worth it. It heats up quickly and has a flashing light letting you know when it is ready to use. It is very smooth when pulling through hair and flattens with a very professional look. You can also use it to curl ends up or under if you wish. It also allows you to get quite close to your scalp, and to straighten very close from one end to another.

I was in need of a new flat iron, so I did a ton of research and kept seeing the excellent reviews for the Sedu. I took the plunge figuring I had 30 days to decide. The first time I used it, I loved it!! I used to the Maxi Glide, but would have to use my Revlon flat iron also, to get it really straight. Now I only have to use the Sedu, it takes no time at all, and it is not damaging my hair like the Revlon one was. My hair looks silky, and perfectly straight. I recommend this to anyone looking for a quality flat iron, you won't be disappointed!!

Its seriosuly the best thing i have ever used!
it can curl my hair and straighten it. I have very long hair and it only takes me about 10 minutes to do something with my hair in the morning!
I have used many many striaghtners before and i can honestly say this is the best.
it's good for 4 years.
than you should get a new one because it freaks out and stops working after 4 years. But it's still amazingg and im buying a new one right now!

I owned a chi Big 2 inch for over a year and I loved the soft padding on the outside so that your fingers don't feel the heat but when it stopped working I read reviews and picked the SEDU. This is by far a better flat-iron. The only thing I would change is to put the padding on the outside to absorb the heat so you don't burn your fingers, the plastic just conducts heat but once you get the hang of it, it is by far a better Iron and worth every cent you pay.

I ordered this flat iron with a little bit of hesitation. I have been a Infrashine girl for four years now. I went on this site to order another Infrashine. But kept seeing the Sedu. It had wonderful reviews and everyone seemed to love it. I got it yesterday and tried it out immediately. I LOVE it! Oh my gosh, it makes my hair WAY shinier than the Infrashine ever has. It leaves it soo silky and soft. It doesnt pull or tug my hair either. I am soo excited that I got a Sedu and think anyone considering one should just order! THANKS Sedu! You rock.

This flat iron is a lot better than my old one. I like that it gets really hot but it does kill your hair. It is very light weight and heats up quickly.

I've only used a flat iron a few times on my hair at home a looong time back and because of the lack of good results never tried it again. I tried the sedu for the first time this morning and was so surprised how easily it worked and straightened my frizzy, wavy hair with one swoop! Really it was just like magic. I can't believe how well it worked. I started out with the 360 degrees thinking my hair was really thick and decided to see if it worked with lesser temp and sure enough it did fine at the lower temps too. I love this product! Now I have to figure out what heat protection product I should use. This was a great investment and I would recommend it to anyone!

seriously, this is the one tool that no woman should live without! light as a feather, it heats up super quick and straigtens in seconds. i never owned a straigtening iron in my entire life and thought it was about time, (i literally never bought one because of fear of burning myself or my hair), and it is simply magical to use!!!!
