This flat iron is great. I am not sure it is worth more than $90 than the ones you can get from Walmart but it is pretty good. The best difference i notice is that is doesn't pull your hair out like the cheap ones. That is certainly a perk.

I have very curly hair. I have tried many flat irons. None have ever given the results I get with my Sedu. It is light weight too! I am amazed and have recommended it to all my friends...even my haidresser.

This is by far the best flat iron I've ever tried - my quest for one that actually does what it says is over. The smooth ceramic plates glide so easily through my hair and I don't have to bother blow-drying my hair straight first. You won't regret buying this product!

I intially wanted a Chi flat iron. With a little bit of research I found the Chi had a reputation of breaking alot. So the search went on. I soon stumbled onto this site. I read alot of the comments and decided to purchase the Sedu flat iron. It was the best purchase I have ever made. My hair has never looked better, even my hair stylist was amazed and commented on how it looked sooo good. Now she owns a Sedu flat iron herself. My hair has never been shinier, straighter,or more vibrant. I would recommend the Sedu to anyone!!!

I have curly hair that's rather fun but I've been wanting to be able to have a change too. Nothing has worked for me in the past. Things I've tried to straiten my hair still leave it a poofy, somewhat frizzy mop. When I just brush my hair, I get a natural fro and when you've got long hair like I do it's not very pretty. This product actually straightens my hair and leaves it soft and shiny. Never before had I thought that my hair could feel soft. I've been loving the results I've gotten.

I purchased the Sedu in February 2005 and have been using it for 10 minutes everyday. It is really great. It heats up in about 5 seconds and quickly straightens my hair without having to go over it again a second time. Saves me alot of time since I have really long hair. The swivel cord is also great.

I really did not want to shell out the money for this flat iron. But after 2 of mine broke and kept snagging my hair, I decided that I'd invest in a good one. I've been reading the reviews on here for a long time so I knew this was the one I wanted. When I received it, I immediately went to work on my hair. The results were out of this world! I have very thick,course, curly hair and wow..my hair now is smooth, shiny and HEALTHY FEELING. Not dry like other flat irons had made my hair feel.
You will NOT be disappointed in this product!

I am very impressed with the sedu flat iron. It works great. It is by far the best hair straightner I have owned. I have naturally curly hair and it works wonders on my hair. I would recommend it to anyone.

I love this~ it is so light and small! plus it cuts the styling time in half! You never have to go over the piece of hair more than once and i have really thick, curly, wavy hair! I had a CHI iron but this is WAY better! i def. recommend it!

I love me new straightener. It honestly took me 10 minutes to straighten my hair and I have very wavy hair. My sister has super tight curly hair and it normally takes her an hour or more to straighten it with the Sedu it took her 30 minutes. It is awesome!

I have purchased so many hair straighteners for my 16 year old daughter which were a total waste of money. She has very wavy hair that frizzes so she was now using a real iron that I use for our clothes to get desired results. Well this Sedu straigtener was an investment but the results are amazing. Healthy, shiny, straight hair without frizz from humidity. She loves it and her hair looks healthy.

After a fresh wash and blow dry, this flat iron got my hair SO straight, it looked as though I'd just gotten a fresh perm. I definitely recommend this product, it was $125 well spent.

This is the first time I've ever tried a flat iron, but I've had hairstylists use them on me in the past. I don't have a photo to post, but I have think curly frizzy hair. It normally takes me 30-45 minutes to blow it out flat. With this iron, I let me hair airdry the night before. The next day I have smooth and stylish hair in 10 minutes flat. It's a freaking miracle! I'm extremely happy with this product. Hair looks and feels healthy. I am concerned about long term use, but right now I'm only using it about twice a week so I'm sure it'll be fine.

I, like the others, was a little skeptical prior to using this flat iron, but thought I'd give it a try. This TRULY is THE BEST flat iron I have ever used -- and I've tried several different ones. I really don't think anyone would be disappointed with this one.

this straightener is amazing! i have very thick, long hair, and with my last straightener it took me over an hour to have it perfectly straight. now i cant get it done in way under an hour! it came in like 3 days too. i was very satisfied with this straigher...it's well worth the money.

I have very thick, bleached hair.....so yah its damaged, But I also deep condition and reconstruct as well. Regardless....its supa frizzy whenever i blowdry......and I used to hafta use tons of product over and over in my hair daily almost with my old iron. Used to be like the 3rd day when my hair would finally look settled down. Buuuut, this iron is awesome!! I dont have to use ANY product after Im done using it!! And my hair looks amazing!! I mos def 100% recommend this product!! Its truly worth it!!!

I have used several flat irons throughout the past few years. Store brands such as conair, etc. Nothing was ever good enough on my hair. I have very thin hair, with a bit of a curl to it, and it gets very frizzy in humidity, and hot weather. The store brand straighteners just didn't cut it, i would have to straighten my hair multiple times throughout the day just to keep it straight. My friend had a chi iron because her mom was a hair dresser, and i fell in love with it. It worked much better than any iron i have had before. UNTIL, i decided to buy one of my own, i did some research online, and found all these different brands of irons, and i saw the Sedu Ionic Flat Iron and decided to give it a try. It was definately worth the purchase. It was shipped to my house just a day and a half after i bought it online. It works amazing, keeps my hair straight even in the heat, and it only takes a few minutes to heat up, and to straighten my hair. It also worked much better than the CHI did. I LOVE IT!!!
