This straightener is the best! I would recommend it to anyone who wants their hair to be straight and silky. It cut my straightening time down to about five minutes, and I don't have to straighten one layer at a time anymore. It's also light and compact. I could go on and on, but just buy it yourself; you won't regret it.

I couldn't believe how straight and shiny my hair became after using the Sedu iron. I have unmanagable frizzy,thick, curly hair, and this iron saved my life! I can't speak of how amazing it truly is. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have straight, beautiful hair.

I purchased this product after my daughter wanted to have a better straigtener than she already has. She loves it and it is truley the best flat iron we have ever purchsed. This is the third one we have purchased in the last year and we will definatly pass on the good word that it works 100% better than the others and it is well worth the money.

I just recieved my sedu and I was so excited to use it. I use to have the hot tools professional. I thought that that was the best straightener until I read the reviews for the sedu. I decided to get the sedu. I have medium length curly (not very) hair. It took me 10-15 minutes to straighten my hair. I love it I wish I got it sooner.

I love this straightner: it takes 2 seconds to heat up and works really fast. The time it use to take me to do my hair prior to my purchase does not even compare!! It takes me about 1/3 of the time that it use to take me. I highly recommend this product to others. The iron itself is light and easy to use. The plates are big enough for someone with average to long length hair. Although the cost of the iron itself is a bit pricey- it was worth every penny I spent!! In the long run it ended up being cheaper because I wouldn't have to keep buying the cheap "conair" or "hot tools" irons that would last a month or two and then die. This iron is well worth the money I spent on it. Now I don't mind washing my hair everyday!!

Hi! I decided to wait a while before writing this review to see how the Sedu has worked..and WOW! I am amazed! I just got my first job this summer and I get minimum wage so I was hesitant about the cost. But after seeing the marvelous reviews, I was convinced! It was time to throw my cheap 20 dollar Vidal Sassoon Iron away that straightened my hair (well not really..just made it less curly and it frizzed the moment I got to school)
I took my savings and paid for the Sedu..(with the help of my mom, THANKS MOM!) and I was SOOO excited when it came! I just about hugged the UPS guy!
I went into the bathroom and plugged it in. My hair was already gone through by the other flat iron. And I didnt have time to wash it before babysitting which I had in 10 minutes. I thought to myself, I could never finish my whole head (I have quite long hair) in 10 minutes! But I figured I would try. I smoothed it through the first strand and with ONE swipe, my hair was silky and shiny and BONE STRAIGHT in 5 minutes! My WHOLE head in 5 minutes!
The whole day I couldnt stop touching my hair!!
I am CONVINCED that this product is a gift from God! Im starting high school this year and I do activities like Baton Twirling and Flagline which are all outdoors. Now when I practice, my hair doesnt go up like a balloon!

The first day I used it and went into work, my co worker asked "Did you go to the hairdresser?" Even my curly spot that wont come out on the right side by my roots has vanished!
The only down side to the Sedu is that you would not be able to take your hands off your hair. It will be so smooth and shiny and straight..that other people wont be able to keep their hands off it either!

My Chi iron broke last week and I took a chance at buying the Sedu. I was so impressed on how wonderfully it straightened my thick, curly, chemically processed hair! I will never purchase another brand!

I am half white/half black with super curly, super fine hair that is very thick on my head. It is also very long and fragile which makes it almost impossible to tame. Not only that, but my hair is chemically relaxed AND highlighted. The Sedu is great!!! It does a great job of straightening at a low temp (I use 150 degrees)and there's little to no breakage. In fact, my hair looks better than before. It holds up very well in the humidity. My hair has a tendency to poof just because each hair is so light that if I don't have a lot of stuff to weight it down it'll fly all over. With the Sedu though, I've been able to give up all the heavy greasy stuff I used to use to keep it manageable--just a little biosilk and vitamin E every day, and occasional touch ups. If you have fragile hair like mine, be sure to use a heat protector spray and biosilk or something similar.

I love this flat iron!!! I have wavy, frizzy, over-processed, very dry, waist-length hair, but with this product, I can turn my hair into straight, much healthier looking managable hair (using no styling products) in about 1-2 minutes. Definitely worth the investment! I highly recommend this product!!!!

I often envied girls I saw with salon-perfect hair. I could never quite get mine to look they way my hair stylist did it. I guess my cheap flat iron was the reason!
I recieved my flat iron in just two days from Folica.com, which was great considering the shopping was free! I opened it right away and tried it out - my hair came out frizz free and healthy looking! The plates are awesome because they don't catch your hair on them, causing damage. Also, there are different temperature settings for different hair types. I would highly recommend this product.

I love this flat iron. It's the best i've ever used. I'm african american and this iron works great on my hair. It gets my hair as straight as a relaxer would. It doesn't fry and burn your hair like a lot of other irons i've used. My hair doesn't get tangled in it or get ripped out. It heats up fast and has cut my straigtening time in more than half. It detangles and leaves my hair with a beautiful shine. I get so many compliments on my hair when I flat iron it with this iron. I just love it. It's worth every penny.

I will admit i was a little nervous about trying this hot-iron... i've used straigteners in the past and have been completely let down. i was so awesomely proven wrong!.. this product by far is the best thing to happen to my hair.. i love it and all my friends who have tried it ask me over and over again where i frickon found this jackpot!.. buy it.. This flat iron was money well spent. My hair looks straight and silky with not much effort because of this product's effectiveness. Before buying this flat iron, I had purchased the "Hot Tools" ceramic flat iron, and it was such a dissapointement. After trying the Sedu brand I won't settle for anything else.

This is absolutely the best Ceramic Iron Ever. I have very curly hair and have never in my life been able to wear my hair straight in the summer. As soon as I walk outside (living in hot a humid Missouri), my hair woudl instantly start frissing up, within a half hour it didn't even look like I had spend an hour straightening my hair. This is the only iron I have ever bought that straightens you hair and it actually stays that way. It leaves your hair feeling silky smooth. I have spent thousands of dollars on hair products over my life time and this is the ONLY ONE that works like it sayd it does. I would recommend it very highly. I only wish that I was the person who came up with the idea, I would be rich!
