I truly have no regrets buying this product it truly worked to straighten my hair perfectly, as well as the facts that its seems that my hair is improving by using this product. i used to always have breakage when using straightners, but after using sedu i no longer feel guilty straighting cause i dont feel like my hair is getting damaged by it. The ceramic and the high heat is truly the secret to this product i just love it so much and id reccomend it to any one with coarse, frizzy, thick, or just unmanagable hair it works take my word for it this is the best straightner out there today!!!!

I first used this product on my mother who has rather thick, dry, difficult to manage hair. It did a GREAT job in making my mother look cuter than ever!!! I also used it, though I have unbelievably thick hair. It worked great...on 200 degree setting for me of course! I think it's worth it. The main concern for me is that my hair is not damaged and this is the only product I would use on my hair.

I couldn't wait to use it so as soon as it came i opened it. I could not believe how straight my hair was and its usually wavy and really messy looking aspecially when its humid. I stood infront of the mirror for like about half an hour admiring my own hair for once! Totally recommend it!

Wow. I just got my SEDU yesterday and it is WONDERFUL! My hair is naturally straight but has some waves in it and i like my hair perfectly straight, and SEDU did amazing! My best friend is using it right now and she has corse, very very curley hair and is working amazing! I would recommend this straightner to everyone! it's so much better than the CHI and everything. XOXO

This straightener is soooooo great! I almost bought the Chi one, but felt I could get just as good a product for less money. This straightener is totally worth every cent! I use it every other day and my hair is still in perfect condition. This thing can get super hot, so any type of hair is easily straightened. This is a great product and I would recommend it to everyone.

Well worth what I paid for it. The two previous straighteners I used were ceramic, but inexpensive. It took twice as long to straighten my hair with those and both broke within a year of purchase. The Sedu heats up fast, and straightens my hair quickly. I can't compare it to Chi, or other salon priced straighteners, but I am happy with the Sedu, and I am hopeful that it will have more longevity than the others.

I bought the sedu from folica online, and i was a little wary about paying so much for it. I hd given up entirely on doing my hair myself, and when my stylist got a ceramic iron I was thrilled with the results. The only problem seemed to be when i would sleep on my (very long) hair the ends would get fuzzy and dry. Now I use the sedu in the morning with a little pressing cream on my ends to keep that straight look I love. No more puffy ends or unkempt locks. I recommend using a pressing cream or lotion if you have very dry or ethnic hair like I do. I use one by a brand called Designs that seems to do the trick. All in all, the sedu is very effective and doesn't dry your hair out at all.

I decided to try the Sedu Iron after I read all these great reviews and hearing so much about it from my friends and I have to say this iron is FANTASTIC! it took me some time to get use to working it, but once you do you will never want to stop using it! Whether you flip it or straighten it, the style stays all day! especially if you use it with Biosilk silk theropy, it really does work wonders on your hair.I have Black kinky hair and it leaves it with no friz, no dryness, just soft silky hair! I'm so glad I invested my money in this product!

After trying many products available on the market for both me and my unfortunate daughter who seems to have inheritated my hair type i had given up on the fact that we would ever have straight hair .
I had tried many different straighteners and thought we had found a good one which we both used for the past year so panic when the caoting began to come off and our hair began to suffer ...then came the search for what to buy next and i came across sedu ....what dilemma they were onlt available in USA and not in our home country good old england did we order or not all the reviews had been good and pictures showed hair we would only dream of ...imagine our delight when on revisiting the site i found they now made them for the uk. still anxious i put in my order and made a purchase and WOW am i glad i did .. This product made my daughters wild unruly red hair glisten and as straight as i could ever hope. not only that there was no tantrum that i was pulling her hair out at the roots or burning her , what would normally take me a good hour was over and done with in 15 mins ( no i am not kidding the irons just glided )and there was no fall outs or rows that i was useless
the final test was on my own hair which had just as good effect ...despite my reservations of expense with shipping costs trust me they were no more expensive than those that are made availiable in the uk if not cheaper all in all £80 approx all in and delivered in 4 days very impressive .
so come on you brits lets give them ago you wont regret it i know i will be back!! watch this space now as i tell my friends and colleagues it will be the british invasion and hope everyone will be as impressed as me and my daughter

I am kind of lukewarm about the Sedu iron. It did a great job of straightening my hair, but my hair doesn't look too much different than it does when I use my $20 Revlon straightening iron. I was hoping it would look at least a little different since it is about $100 more.
Having said that, the Sedu definitely did a good job - it didn't pull my hair at all, compared to my cheaper iron. It heats up super fast so it does save some time. It still takes me a long time because I have so much hair (and it's all curls!) Overall, I am happy but not ecstatic about the Sedu.

The day I found out about sedu was amazing,it was before I went to sleep and I literally couldnt go to bed,i was way to be excited! My mom was unsure about ordering it offline but I told her about 'veri-sign secure' and folica's amazing money-back guarentee. Thankfully, she gave in. I started running around the house when i found out the sedu was here,in 2 days of shipping!! Although reviews were amazing, i was scared it wouldnt be that great. haha i was most definally wrong,I LOVED IT<3 I have wavy,frizzy,thick hair and just 2 swipes of sedu on a piece of hair and I was done...I definally recommend it to anyone looking for a really good straightner,dont worry about the prize...it's worth it.

this was the best hair starightener ive ever bought. it took half the time for it to straightne my hair, and it made it soft. very good straihgtener. its well worth its price. i would recommend it to anyone.

i have the sedu and it heats up quik. before i got the sedu i had a cheap flat iron and it would take me about 2-3 hours to straighten my hair. now i spend a little over an hour on my hair. but after i straighten it it never stays straight all day. i've only had it for a week now and i'm still trying diffrent products and stuff though. but the sedu does get you'r hair straight... and i like it so far except that the top of my hair keeps curling back up. but beside that i like it.
My hair never looked better!

Bought this product for my teenage daughter, based on the ratings online. It worked so well for her (half Caucasian, half African American) hair that I tried it myself. With so many rave reviews, I was expecting a miracle. I am happy with it, but...no miracles. I have light waves and I have to use almost the highest heat to straighten it, even then I still have lots of fly aways. Can't totally complain, I like it, I'm just not loving it!!!
