I bought the Sedu flat iron after comparing all the top flat irons and I couldn't be more happy with it. It cuts my styling time down to a fraction of what I was spending and it looks better than ever before. I get tons of compliments on my hair and I know that I wouldn't have the same results without the Sedu flat iron. I think I've tried it out on all my friends and family, just because I love how great it works. Highly recommend this!

One of the best straightners ever. I'm always getting compliments on my hair and it's so smooth and shiny. If you are worried about the price, trust me, it is worth it. I have really long, thick, wavy, frizzy hair and it straightens it amazingly.

If you are wondering whether to get this product, do so. Before I would have to go to the salon and have my hair straightened or try it myself at home. I would buy the straighteners from wal mart which are nothing in comparison to the sedu. My hair is usually thick and wavy if i let it air dry. Using the sedu makes my hair smooth, shiny, with virtually no frizz. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

I just received my iron yesterday. I have thick thick very curly hair. This iron glides down the length of my hair like butter, no kidding! It looks just as good as a blowout I get at the salon. I love this iron, and it works better than my maxiglide which I loved, but it snagged my hair too much.

Having purchased many a flat iron as a new college student, time and result were two things I was heavily concerned with. I used to get my hair done at a hair salon when I was at home but at school its every woman for herself. I had another iron and it totally ruined my hair. I experienced brittle hair, terrible breakage, snagging and it was a hassle to handle it because it was thick. My friend had this iron and after using it twice I was convinced I had to shell out the money for this amazing investment. It makes my hair much straighter and smoother, and as a african american female with long hair, I have to do everything in my power to keep my hair healthy! I honestly don't plan on ever using another iron in my life. Hands down the best investment I've made in a while.

Very happy with this flat iron. I bought this a year ago and it was working very well. It shorted suddenly and stopped working. Folica, with its outstanding customer service, replaced it within 10 days. This is one of the best sites to buy this very good product at.

I have been using a Conair straight iron for the last two years, and when I read about the Sedu I got excited and baught it. I have very unmanagable hair, and I wanted to find an iron that wouldn't destroy my hair. This one said that it wouldn't. But it does. Within 3 times straightening my hair was trashed. The ends were split and dry, and it was not even on the highest setting! Honestly my $30 dollar Conair works better. The results are the same. The only differance is the Sedu is slightly faster, but thats it.

i got my straightner i think 3 weeks ago and i really like it. it takes me about an hour to straighten all of my hair which is really thick and curly but not that long. wat i really like about it is it makes my hair sooooo smooth and literally feels like silk it takes a lot less time than the conair straightner i had cuz after half an hour my hair would be wavy again and it would get me so frusterated. i think its a great straightner i just wish it would take less time. my freind has it too and it only takes her about 40 min. but her hair is not as wavy and curly as mine.

I was formerly a beautican. This flat iron has proved to be one of my best investments. My hair is very thick and the conventional flat irons that I purchased previously in department stores would never do anything to my hair. I use the flat iron to flip my hair or wear it in a straight style. This flat iron does not pull my hair nor cause any breakage or dryness. I would highly recomend this flat iron to anyone considering purchasing one.

I’ve been using the Blue Sapphire iron for two years…which cost more at the time but gave me great results. But, it was large and difficult to manage. Also, it didn’t allow you to regulate the temperature. So, I decided to buy the Sedu. I am so glad that I did. I get far better results in half the time, plus my hair has much less damage since I can use a lower heat setting…..but as always use a serum before straightening. I use Biosilk and my hair is soft and straight. Buy your Sedu today!

I discovered flat irons about a year ago and was using a Conair. Someone told me about Chi and when I went on-line to look I saw the reviews of the Sedu. I was skeptical, but decided to try one. It definitely made a difference - faster and higher heat. I am very disappointed that it does not have an auto shut off. With that high heat it could burn the house down! Thank goodness for the heat resistant pad they sent as a bonus gift.

This is an excellent flat iron. I have tried Hot Tools and FHI and neither work as great as the Sedu. It is worth the extra money, you won't be disappointed!

An avid hair straightener for 4 years now, this is hands down nothing short of a miracle. The sedu never pulls, makes my hair feel silky soft and smooth, and greatly reduces the appearance of split ends. Plus, it has cut my straigtening time in half! I used to use a $130 DH straightening iron and this is 200 times better!! There's nothing better than a Sedu.

This is the best straightener. I have bought other brands from beauty salons thinking that the quality would be the best but I was wrong! Not all flat irons are the same, the Sedu is the best ever. It straightens my hair giving it a shiny, healthy look. Not like those other brands that didn't straighten my hair properly and gave it a dried out look. I don't even need to used extra products in my hair with the Sedu. Thanks for this great product!

This straightener really works, I permed my hair and then hated it so i started straightening it with a crap old straightner and it took me about an hour and now it takes me 20 minutes. It really rocks!!!

Finally broke down and bought an expensive straightener when my 3rd and final 30-50 dollar range one broke (remington wet to straight)
Usually I would never purchase such an expensive piece of hair equipment, but now that I have it, it really was worth every penny and so far I have absolutely no regrets. The plates are much smoother than the other straighteners I have had, no pulling whatsoever. I have a lot of very fine hair that tends to be flighty and usually frizzy no matter the straightener, but this one actually helps. So far so good I say. Dont bother with the cheapo's anymore. Its more of a waste of money buying three 30 dollar ripoffs than one of this price. Trust me.

This straightener is simply the best one out there! My daughter is a cosmetologist and had one so I tried it and it really really works great! She takes it everywhere with her and I found myself wanting to use it each time I did my hair as it makes such a difference. I read all the good reviews about this product on your website and did compare it against another one, but after reading them I decided to get this particular one for myself as I know it really works. If you can, my advice would be get one as soon as you can and see the difference for yourself! A friend at work also bought this one and loves it!

It only takes me about 5-10 minutes to straighten my unmanagable hair! The plates are so smooth and my hair doesn't get caught in them. I am so active in sports and even after all the activity and humidity my hair didn't even frizz! Now that was quite amazing to me! I recommend this to anyone! it is definetly worth all the money... even though it is alot! I have had SO many compliments about my hair and if you buy the sedu so will you! Happy Straightening!

I have very curly, thick, below shoulder legnth hair that is wonderful. My b/f got this for me for christmas two years ago, and i now SWEAR by it. I would honestly lose my mind if I broke it (another plus point...almost indestructable!)
