Hi I recently purchased this Ionic Ceramic straightener and it leaves my hair so soft and shiny. It really works great con curly hair. I also noticed it does not pull your hair. I really recommend it, it is the best one I've had.

I've had to return this product twice in a 4 month period of time for warranty work. The switch goes out.

I already have straight hair but if I let it dry naturally it is crazy, every which way. My sedu flat iron is wonderful it straightens my hair with out pulling it like my walmart one did. I had done alot of research on flat irons, i was wanting the best one because I want it to last. I am a student studying cosmetology right now and all of my fellow students rave about the chi but I personally dont like them. They pull my hair so bad leaving me with broken pieces of hair and also they dont have controlled tempatures which is something that I need since my hair is already pretty straight. I think that I am in love with my sedu. Thanks folica. And if your debating on which flat iron to buy I would defintely pick the sedu over the chi.

my hair is thick, curly/wavy frizzy damaged and just messed up...the sedu fixed all that for me..my hair is SO nice now..all i hve to say is WOW

I did alot of research on hair straighteners before I decided on the Sedu Ceramic Tourmaline Straightener(1") and I know I bought the BEST!! It heats up almost immediately and works fantastic. I love it!!! No matter what kind of hair you have this product will work for you. My hair has never looked better. Obviously I recommend the Sedu.

I was originally just going to try out this straightener to see what the hype was all about and then return it. I couldn't imagine it working that much better than the rest. My package came and I immediately tried it that day. I was completely amazed at how quickly it got the job done and how silky my hair turned out. It took half the time my normal "hot tools" iron did. It heated up in 25 seconds or less. What a time saver! I was blown away by the difference. I kept the Sedu. It was worth every penny I spent on it. Every penny, gals. Try it. You too will be amazed!

This Sedu straightening iron is incredible! I do not have the most unruliest hair in the world but it sure has a mind of it's own. Some days it's wavy, others it's curly, other's it both but still it's not too coarse or stubborn. In either case, I've never been able to really get my hair straight on my own. I have always needed to visit a salon to get that perfectly straight look. Since I got the Sedu straightening iron though, I cannot remember the last time I needed to visit a salon to get a nice & perfectly straight hair style. In fact, I think the Sedu does a better job than most hair dressers! Not to mention it leaves my hair soft, shinier and with less frizz.

This is by far the best hair straightner I have ever used. I have natural curly hair and I am SO thrilled to have found this easy to use flat iron. It is fast, makes my hair silky straight. The results are as good as the salon. I cannot believe I waited so long before investing in this product. It is very light weight and easy to use. As a first time buyer, I am very pleased with Folica for their great service, fast and efficient.

Well, I used to always have those cheap Revlon hair straighteners, but my hair started to look and feel really damaged. For christmas I decided I needed a nice ceramic hair iron, so I did. It is the best! It's so much nicer and easier then my old straightener. My hair looks nicer to.

I am deciding, since purchasing my Sedu Flat Iron, that I will now go from Relaxed to Natural style. It really works that well for me. It leaves my hair smooth and easy to come through.

I had read the great reviews on this item and was excited to get it. I have returned it back to Folica because I am disappointed with the performance. I have thick medium texture hair and the item drug on my hair. I had previously purchased a Chi and am more impressed with it.

It was time for a new flat iron so I began searching for the right iron. After reading all the rave reviews of the Sedu, I decided to make the purchase. I must say, in my opinion this iron is overated. Perhaps I am doing something wrong or I missed out on something but I do not find the Sedu to be any greater than the irons well under $100 that can be purchased at the local department store. I am somewhat satisfied with the iron b/c it, for the most part, gets the job done. If I was able to rewind time I would save my money and purchase a less expensive iron. The handle gets very hot and I don't find that the ends results are any better than a cheaper product.

I just wanted everyone that is thinking about buying this iron to know that you are making a great choice! I have really curly hair that never wants to do anything and the first time I used this iron I knew that it was totally worth it. And, Folica.com got it to me in 2 days, and right before Christmas! I love this iron and Folica.com, I will definately be using this website again for other hair products!

I waited for 3 months before I would write a review for the sedu because i wanted to make sure that it worked over a period of time and not just on the first try. I had a really bad experience with a flat iron about two years ago. I went to straighten my hair after I colored it and it burned about 6 inches of my hair on the right side of my head completely off. So i was very skeptical of the sedu because I get my hair colored alot. I used it for the first time on the day i got my hair colored and it worked beautifully!! To this day I have not had one problem with it! I can truthfully say i will never ever use anything other than the sedu again!

i love this flat iron!it can also flip your hair in or out.i did alot of surfing on this flat iron and found out that jennifer anniston's stylist uses this tool for her hair.you have to have some experience,patience and the right silker in your hair.just as you iron your clothing to make your clothes crisp you use water or starch.the same applies to the type of styling products you use to "iron" your hair.with great success i highly recommend biosilk silk therapy hair product.i love my sedu.i am very pleased and took great pictures.i knew the sedu was going to be a charm especially if it works jennifer anniston.
