Well... according to my hairstylist, Sedu is a true professional, ionic hair iron. Check out Allure's article about sedu. | | Reply by jayde

I was using a FHI it took me 45 min, while the Sedu took me 20 minutes. I was hesitant about switching but glad the I did. | biracial and needs help!!!
I am biracial and the CHI works great in my hair but I am afraid that it will break and waste my money.. Can anyone tell me how long the Sedu lasts and if they are biricial. (Does the Sedu make your hair like white people hair because that's what the CHI does to my hair.) Question posted by josie Fri Mar 18 2005 Submit your answer | Reply by Anonymous

this is BETTER than the chi, it lasts for so long and it makes your hair gorgeous- i'm african american/native american/south american and it makes my hair straight and movable and all the rest. salon quality. | what size sedu??
I have hair that is about 2 inches past my shoulders, i guess it's medium to long since I don't usually cut it any shorter than this. Should I get the 1" or 1.5" sedu flat iron??? I heard that 1" gets closer to the roots, but does it take more time and will it work just as well?? Thanks! Question posted by Anonymous Thu Mar 17 2005 Submit your answer | Reply by Cindy

My hair is about the same length as yours. I use Sedu 1.5", it is great for my hair. It works really fast, I normally get it done in less than 10 minutes. My previous one (Chi) is smaller (1" i think), it took me like half an hour. So personally I recommend bigger size for you. | | Reply by Jackie

For your length I do recommend you to use 1.5" Sedu. If you get used to the iron, it will take no more than 20 mins. of course if you have thick hair then it will take a little longer, but don't forget to turn up the temperature. |
