I ordered this product and about 2 weeks later I wastold that my order was on back order. If i woud have known when i placed the order i would have went with a different wax kit. But considering it was a GIFT i was very dispointed . Yes i have used this wax kit before i was replacing it.

This is the first home waxing kit I've ever purchased. I would highly recommend this product. The kit has everything you'll need. The wax tempurature was perfect. Overall, I was very pleased with the results. Besides lacking personal technique.

Excellent product to start with. All inclusive kit & so is a great value for money. Wax very sticky, need to ensure it is in optimum temperature before using.

I loved, and recomend to anyone. The only down point is that has not enough paper straps. Anyways I loved!

This is a great kit. I've never waxed my legs before or have had it done. It was self explainatory and easy to use. I was a little messy for my first time, but I'd recommend this to anyone.

I am really impressed with this wax kit. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed by a professional for several years and decided to do it on my own to save money and shape my brows the way I want them. I found the wax easy to apply and remove. I do have one suggestion though - lay down some paper towels or newspaper to cover the counter surface - the wax is sticky and hard to remove.

Nice product. Wax heats up fast. The wax is very smooth, goes on nice and really removes hair effectively. The wax remover and aloe gel is also very nice and works well. Not too messy. I like this better than the one touch.

Great deal for the amount of products you get. Not crazy about the honey was - would prefer the cream wax instead.

Each product included is great! I have bought waxing warmers in the past and this is just as excellent considering the price. The wax residue remover is a life saver also, much better than using baby oil or lotion. With everything that's included, it is so worth it. And not to mention not messy at all!

I read all the reviews for this product and thought that it sounded great. Then I recieved the product in the mail and tried. The wax took about two hours to heat and then when I tried to use it...... OH MY GOODNESS..... the wax ripped of my skin. OH NO!! Then the wax is very hard to get off, I think it took two days to get it of compeletely. It sucked and I sent it back

I was a bit worried when I ordered this kit based on other reviews. Overall, I really liked it- I've been waxing for years, and tried many different home waxing kits. I heated the wax over med-high heat and it took about 1.5 hours to heat through. I was worried that it would be too hot if I heated it on high- but next time I think I will. My biggest problem was that it was really, really sticky- which seems obvious- but it made it a little difficult to get a really thin layer on the spatula- which is what you really want to minimize the pain. Next order, I may try another type of wax to see if it's less sticky.

I am very pleased with the product. The wax heat up perfect. IT's very easy to use. Just like professional ones. Love it. And for the price, can't beat it!

I read the other reviews that said it took about 2 hours to heat up the wax. It only took me under an hour to get it to a good consistency.
The products worked fabulously! It was so easy for me to do - but it does require some finesse if you've never done your own waxing before.
I HIGHLY recommend this product.

I used the waxing kit for the first time today. The wax heated more quickly than I expected which was nice. It went on smooth and came off pretty much the same. All the essentials are there in a nice stowable package. Nice set up.

I work in a salon that uses this system so I purchased the single one for home use. It works well at removing the hair but the unit takes FOREVER to heat up. You must turn it on high at least 5 hours before use and even then it wasn't as hot as I normally like it. But for the price it can't be beat.

the wax warmer did not heat the wax hot enough; therefore, hair was removed just at the surface and not below, and the wax was too thick because of the temperature.

Very easy to use and works well. Removed all hair easily. More importantly, it was less pain than a brazilian at a salon! It paid for itself in one use.
