I've used this stuff for over a year and it's great. If it's clumpy for you, perhaps you need a new wax pot...
It especially works well on sensitive skin on your face. When I had to go on acne products for my skin it left it very sensitive and regular wax would take layers of skin off. I have never had that happen with this product, even on the thin skin of my eyebrows.
I use it on my legs too and it works very well, but might not be totally ideal for those with very thick hair. Make sure it's completely heated before you use it or it might not grip the hair by the root.
I don't like this product!!!

I have had many clients break-out with this wax. It's almost as though the wax is burning the clients skin and I know its not too hot because I check it on myself before applying it.

I did not like this wax at all because it did not grab all the hair and it went on really choppy and clumpy but at the same time it was really liquidy. This wax made it really hard to go really fast because it was so goopy and messy.

It doesn't really help with the breakout prevention, at least not for me. The wax is great, but I don't know if it's that good at minimising breakouts, hehe, but don't take my word for it, everyone's skin is different hehe:)
