I am 32 and have been using Rogaine for 8 months. I use 1 month supply on my head every week. Yes you read this correctly. I was thinning on my sides and through the whole top. My whole head filled in after about 3 months. My girlfriend can't believe it. My hair is thicker than 10 years ago. I buy my rogaine 12 cans at a time and use a can every 6-7 days. It was the best thing I ever did and I love my hair now. I could go on all day about the advantages in my life now but won't. You are going to hear some very bad reviews about rogaine from some people. It doesn't work for some people, and they get really frustrated. I can testify that Rogaine works for your whole head!! I don't care what the research says. You could see my whole scalp 8 months ago, now my hair is super thick. Thank you Rogaine for allowing me to beat genetics!!

Im a Black man age 22 and i started to lose my hair, my first year in college i have been using Rogaine Foam for about 2 months now and it has helped my bald spot and it has helped with my hair line. i will never stop using it i just hope the makers dont ever raise the Price. if they do we Rogaing Users should Riot Lol But overall i Love the Product.

I had been wearing a beanie for three months that was tight and my hair appeard to be thining in the front so I decided to stop wearing hats and thought rogain would help my hair grow back I have used it for a month and have lost in that month 70 percent of my hair I am freaked out and have read that it will never grow back from people that had the same experiene. I am so devastated I almost want to give up on life. I am a good looking guy who had a good head of blond hair and lost most of it in a month and from what I have read it will never come back

It is not true that it doesn't work on the hairline. I am a female and I am growing a lot of new hair at my hairline and temples as well as the top of my head. In fact, more at the hairline than the top at this point. It's only been 10 weeks.
Per a hair specialist, I am using the mens foam.

Propecia works as I expected, however I notice a dryness on my scalp and I decide to use Rogaine as complement. The result was great I had noticed Hair regrow and recover scalp lubrication. I just have close to 5 months using Propecia and 3 weeks using Rogaine and am happy to see results. I definetely recomend this products.

I have been using Rogaine along with Propecia for about 3 months now, and I am sure Hair loss has stopped. I have peach fuzz, but I don't know if Hair is growing. I will wait for some more time before I make the decision. Anyway I recommend it. Use it. It is worth it.

I am a 53 year old male who has used Rogaine 5% for the past 8 years. It had been working fine. Four months ago I stopped using Rogaine and decided to use Propecia instead. After using Propecia for appoximately 3 months instead of Rogaine, I suddenly realized that I was losing an excessive amount of hair and noticed a significant amount of thinning on top of my scalp. During the past month, the situation only got worse! I am now going back to Rogaine, and am sorry that I ever stopped. Based on my own personal experience, it would seem that if you have been using Rogaine on a regular basis Do Not Discontinue Using the Product or you may experience significant and rapid hair loss ! Hopefully I will regrow the hair that I lost during the past 4 months.

I am a 23 yr old, started loosing my hair pretty early.. around 18.. its a genetic thing.. my father had the same problem..
I am loosing my frontal hair not vertix..
but my Doctor told me to try rogaine...
I got it but used it a month then stopped.. was too hard for me to put a drug twice a day for the rest of my life !!
then when I realized that my hair isn't getting any better.. I decided to go back to rogaine.
well.. I'm impressed.. My hair stopped falling in about a month.. and in 4 month I started growing new hair.. well.. NOT a lot of new hair.. but my hair loss wasn't that bad.. so when I grew some new hair It was very noticeable and I'm satisfied..
AND I REPEAT>> IT WORKED WITH MY FRONTAL HAIR LOSS
but the cons is that i will have to keep using it for the REST of my life...

If you read the instructions, it says that you must continue using it every day for your hair to continue growing/not fall out. When you stop using it, you start losing your hair again.
This isn't a miracle grow product where you use once and it lasts a lifetime - you must use it religiously or your hair will start falling out again - like what happened to you.
Works if you use it everyday.

I've been using rogaine for 10 years now. It definitely maintained a state were you could not notice a bald spot as much as if I didn't use it. Recently, I tried another product, which was more expensive, but didn't feel it worked and showed results as well. So now I am back to Rogaine and rely on the same effects as in the past 10 years. It may not grow the hair long, but definitely prevents it from falling as much and thickens the hair. Again, it's better than not using it!

I started using rogaine when I was 20 y/o just because my hair was starting to get thin ,,, than I used it for seven months and my hair looked great ,, was very nice ,, but than I stop using ,, and 7 months latter my hair was gone , I still experience my hair loss Im 23 now, exacly on the areas that I used rogaine , bad bad bad
results?

Used Rogaine 5% for a year now. I have less hair than when I started. Only results, ruined pillows and feeling like an idiot thinking anything would work. Now afraid to stop, as all my hair will probably fall out overnight. There, a real response from a real user!

Well, it doesn't work as quickly as you'd like. Still, after a couple of months, my hair does seem fuller - not thinner. That's a nice change.
Hopefully with continued use, the trend will continue. Even if it just means making the hair I have now fuller and healthier looking.

I bought a 3 month supply. Was losing my hair since i was 16 and im 22 now bought this in december. Im about to buy some more this stuff really works. I can see my hair growing. it starts out like baby hair and then gets color as it grows. But i can tell you it really works.

For the huge majority of people rogaine does NOT regrow hair Even in the rogaine studies the people whose hairs did regrow still wasnt that significant What it does is PREVENTS OR SLOWS DOWN future hair loss for as long as you use it Once you stop using it you will loose the hairs that were kept intact by the rogaine Also it doesnt work on your hairline it works only for the top and vortex of your head

Well the guy who said 29 was too young to go bald. Well i started loosing hair not so long ago and im only 18. Thinning on the crown was the result. I feel this rogaine 5% has made the hair slightly thicker and after bout 2.5 months. hopefully over the next 3 month period i can get them to full thickness as no hairs have gone tottaly. just thinning. i keep you updated
