Defective product

Upon receipt all bottles of product did not have pumps to use same, All were separated stem from top of pump making it difficult to use, After first one used felt the others would be o.k. However upon inspection of second one found all 3 were the same. Can't believe you would sell such faulty products. I am disappointed and feel there should be compensation of an addittional product with correct pump.

I LOVE this product. Very nice citrus-y scent, and makes your skin very soft.

I bought this product based on the other reviews I had read on Folica and I wasn't disappointed! I use it as a nightime facial moisturizer and it is considerably better than anything else I have tried. Normally nightime moisturizers feel heavy and are still sitting on top of my skin in the morning. Not this one -- it's light and silky and soaks right in. It also doesn't irritate my eyes if some gets too close. I also love the citrus smell.

I have used several products during my life and this one is superior to all I have used, including products which are far more expensive.

This product is awesome. Even my husband uses it. Your faces soaks it up right away and smooths your skin. I love the citrus-y smell too. Personally, I can't use too much of it on my chin because it makes me break out. I use it mostly on my cheeks and neck. My husband, however, doesn't have the the break-out problem. We live in Anchorage, Alaska, where the air is very dry from August until March. This product works mightily to keep our skin moist and supple. I highly recommend this serum.
