It might. You of course need a good heat protection serum (I would recommend CHI Silk Infusion...Works better than anything else I've tried, and I'm a product junkie). I have had this iron for a while, and it is my second iron. First I had a crappy wet 2 straight which only made my hair frizzier, and then this one. If your hair is curly or wavy at all, DO NOT buy this straightener. Splurge and get the Sedu. Also, this takes forever on thick hair. And it makes it dry even with product. Get the Sedu - I have it and it is the best I have ever seen my hair, even better than when I get it professionally straightened. |
