I bought this and they work great for me, or maybe this time I perm my hair well, but they get hot real fast like in 30 seconds and kept my hair straight for weeks i just do a tooch up if i forget to wrap, I just hate they cut off automatically if you leave them unintended after a hour

this straightener is BAD!! it didn't even straighten! it got my curly hair wavy-ish, but wore off almost immediately, and after sleeping on it it was totally not straight. and it makes your hair feel really rough and coarse and greasy. trust me, SAVE YOUR MONEY and just invest in a good quality iron! this one does not work!

omg this thing suckss!
it doesnt get my hair shiny at all.
and i use product before it but it DOES NOT work.
and it definatly DOES NOT block out humidity.
im planning on ordering a sedu and throwing this thing away!!

I used the straightener a total of 4 times before the "ceramic" coating came off in my hair and began to fry my hair. I had been using a larger dual curling iron/straightener by Conair that worked great but was a little too large for my new shorter hair. The Ceramic coating on it is still "in-tact" after 1 1/2 years of use. I will never buy another Revlon product again. Cheap, Cheap, Cheap.
