30 Day Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept an exchange within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please allow up to 1 to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed.

How to Exchange

  2. If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to secure the item(s).

  4. Please ship your package through a traceable shipping method. We suggest UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.
We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your exchange. After we process your exchange, we will notify you by email once your new item ships.

We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued within 1 billing cycle.

We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt.

Warranty Replacement Policy

Folica stands behind every product we sell and honors all manufacturers' warranties. For all electrical appliances we offer complete protection and convenience. If you experience any problem with an item purchased from us, and it's still under the warranty period, all you have to do is fill out our Warranty Replacement form (instructions below), send us your replacement item plus a small shipping and handling fee and we will take care of the rest. We'll repair or replace your item with a new product or a
Folica Certified Refurbished product

What does Folica Certified Refurbished mean?

When Folica refurbishes an item, our expert technicians test, repair (if necessary) and run numerous quality assurance inspections on each item to ensure the product works per the original specifications (like a brand new item). Once the QA process is complete to our stringent standards, items are sterilized fully, re-packaged and marked as refurbished.

A Folica Certified Refurbished product is covered through the end of the warranty period from the date of your original purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a refurbished item for any reason, you can contact us at: fcs@folica.com

Please note: Warranty periods are calculated from your original date of purchase; receiving a replacement item does not extend your warranty period.

If we no longer carry the item you are replacing, we will help you find a suitable alternate.

How to Submit for Warranty Replacement:

We recommend using a ship method that includes insurance and delivery confirmation as we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.

We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your warranty replacement. After processing your request, we will notify you again by e-mail to let you know when your replacement item ships.

Warranty Replacement Processing Fees

Our Warranty Replacement fee includes processing, as well as shipping and handling for your replacement item. Canadian and other international customers may be subject to additional duties and taxes according to the laws of your country.

Damaged Shipment
If damage to your shipment occurred, please keep the original shipping carton and follow these instructions:
  1. Email fcs@folica.com; include your order number and contact information.
  2. Within 24 hours, please call your shipping carrier to obtain a Damage Inspection report. For further instructions, review the information from UPS or USPS.
  3. Request that your shipping carrier return the order to Folica at the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return the order yourself. This can delay your transaction.
Price Matching

Folica offers consistently competitive prices, and to bring additional savings to our customers we offer our Price Matching policy. If you recently shopped with Folica and find an identical product for less somewhere else, let us know and we’ll refund you the difference.

Price Match Terms & Exclusions:
  1. Price Match requests are only valid for comparison with other online retailers.
  2. Price Match requests must be submitted to Customer Service within 10 days of purchase.
  3. Price Match comparisons are based on TOTAL price, which includes product cost plus charges for shipping, handling and taxes. Excludes gift with purchase.
  4. Excludes sale and promotional prices.
  5. Price Match applies only to online retailers that have the identical product in-stock.
  6. Folica only sells new, genuine products; we do not accept comparisons on remanufactured, refurbished or counterfeit products.
  7. Folica does not accept Price Match comparisons from classified sites such as Craigslist, auction sits like eBay, or other unauthorized resellers.
  8. To request a Price Match, please download the form below and fill out the Price Match comparison form and email to fcs@folica.com. We will contact you within 2 to 5 business days.
