Wow! Not only do I feel like I can say bye to Chi flat irons but to my hairdresser as well (Not actually, still need haircuts :-) This really works well for the price. My hair is soft shiny..like you see in commercials. Highly recommend for professional results that last. The the consumer who said she saw steam, it was too hot for your hair type. Read the directions before use.

I just recently bought this and used it the other day and WOW!when i read a review on it in a celebrity hair magazine and this was recommmended for leaving an excellent shine...they really meant it.It leaves your hair looking naturally straight,not dried up crunchy-like straight.I've got a drawer full of flat irons I've tried and none have ever worked like this one!your hair looks healthy straight and very shiny.The price is excellent,with all the money I've spent on other irons that didn't work nearly as good and as fast as this.I would have the money to buy a couple of these!I wish I had heard about this sooner.This one is definately the BEST I've ever bought.

I bought this straightener based on all the great reviews, and because you can't beat the price. i really hoped this would be the answer, but every time i used it, steam would come out from my hair, which is not a good sign. i recommend spending more for higher quality.

The straightener is Great! Heats up quickly, makes your hair look and feel better than the Chi. My hair stays looking really nice longer than the others even after sleeping on it. You can't go wrong for the price! The shape of the iron is a little better than the chi because the bottom is a little bit more flat than round so it sits on the counter better. Give it a try, you won't be unhappy. Remington is a name you can trust.
It actually does what it promises!! Smooth, shiny hair WITHOUT the damage!

I was really looking for a new straightener, but one that provides great results without all the damage. And my gosh...i cant believe i found it. The remington shine therapy conditioning straightener gave me smooth, shiny, really healthy-looking hair with ease and in less time. Usually, i would have to put the fekkai glossing cream before and after straightening to get smooth results, but with this straightener i don't even have to. In fact, my hair is now even smoother and sleeker without the added styling products. Best of all, it's at such a low price. This product is a perfect example that you don't have to pay salon prices for salon results, PLUS without the damage. I dont even have to try the high end straighteners, because i am hooked on this one! Highly recommended!

I just used this straightener for the first time and I am in love. It works so easily and makes my hair look and feel better than I ever thought possible!! It is great for everyday use because it heats up so quickly and straightens my slightly wavy hair in a once-over. It also curls great if you place the straightener at the top of a section of your hair, twist your wrist one rotation, and then gently glide the straightener to the end of the hair. There is no need to buy a more expensive product because this works JUST AS WELL as CHI straighteners for a much better price. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! I will not be switching products any time soon!! Plus, with a four year warranty you know you're getting your money's worth!! I recommend this straightener to everyone! I am also leaving more in product tips, check it out.

I brought this product because it had great reviews and the price was great.I did not want to spend a lot of money but wanted great results. My old flat iron (from the mall) gave up after a year or less each time i brought it (2). This is the first time i used it and have to say that the review were right. This is a great product, great value and with the 4 year warranty you really can't go wrong. My sister also purchased one after seeing the reviews and research that i did and she loves it.

This product wasn't my first choice but i didn't want to spend alot on a straightner.So i tried it and loved it.My hair is very soft and shiny.I don't even feel the split ends, it just feels naturally straight and smooth.I love this straightner and recommend any one who is looking for a straightner to buy this one.You will not be dissapointed.I love this straightner and its less expensive.

I got this after I've had my ConAir for 2 years and have always just bought ConAir because it worked the best with my hair. This straightener is the best! I used it and it didn't even feel like it was on my hair, no tugging or pulling at all. Plus it has a feature where you can lock the temperature so you don't accidentally change it while you are using it. It left my hair straight and it even stayed like that the next day when my hair would normally be curly after I wake up. If you are thinking of a new straightener then you should invest in this one!

This straightener did a really nice job on my hair. It has a wide range of heat, from 240? to 430. I used 360 on my hair, and it came out perfect in about 15 minutes. It also makes your hair really smooth and shiny. The light reflects off of it! This straightener doesnt make it greasy or staticy which is also a bonus. Very reasonably priced for the product that you are getting.

The best flat iron I have EVER used. I also have a CHI volumizing iron but it's not even half as good as remington.
I have very coarse frizzy hair and the straightener makes my hair silky, shiny and soooooo soft!!!
I would definitely reccomend it :)

It's a good straightener, especially for the price, but it's definitely not perfect. It smells kind of funky (not a burnt smell; it's kind of hard to describe. Like maybe copper mixed with vitamins? It's not the best smell...you can't usually smell it on my hair, though, it's just when I'm actually straightening it) However, it gets the job done and it takes me about 30-35 minutes to straighten it. (I have REALLY thick, puffy long hair) Originally it took me an hour, but I've gotten better at using it. It leaves my hair looking decent, but not exactly healthy. You still have to use a heat protection spray for sure! The straightness normally lasts through the whole day without curling and even the next morning it's only the slightest bit wavy. It's no Chi or Sedu, but it sure is a pretty good straightener. :]
Works as good as & sometimes better than far more expensive irons!

Very nice, light-weight, multi-temp iron with all the frills of far more expensive irons. Easy to use for straightening &/or styling. Best iron I've ever used out of the box! (I wonder about the avocado oil infusion after years of time, and if one can replenish this?)
The best iron I've ever used - bar none, and the price is certainly right!
