I love this product. I work in a salon that caters to all ethnicities. Thick, curly, fine...Smooth Down works well with all hair types.
Place 1 to 2 drops in the palm of your hand and gentle rub onto your hair. This product is heavy, so a little goes a long way. Excessive amounts will weigh the hair down and leave traces of residue when straigtening.

I have extremely dry hair from my dumb flat iron, and this seriously reduces the appearance of split and dry ends. Its a miracle product. Highly recommended. It can be used on dry hair too!

I color and highlight my own hair and receive lots of compliments on how it looks. The problem with home highlighters is that it is harsh on your hair. My stylist asked me to try this Redkin product and it really works!
Pump some into your palm and work through towel dried hair.
Style as usual and then use your Flat Iron for a smooth and silky look!

I have very frizzy hair and I needed a product that protected my hair while straightening. It kept my hair tame throughout the day and left it nice and shiny! To rebut the residue remark... You only use 1-3 drops and work it in from the ends. My hair is thick and below my shoulders and all I need is two drops. It lasts forever!

This product will straighten your hair, but it leaves a lot of residue. My is is natural Indian-African with no perm. I have very, very curly hair. There is no bouncy feeling afterwards because the product is very heavy. I am going to try the Biosilk. I am not happy with this product. It leaves too much residue behind.

very good..tames hair at just the right consistency..i usually use some after i straighten my hair and it definitely tames it well!
